Not sure if anyone here can help me out with these symptoms...
I’m planning on heading to the doctor this Monday, but I figured I’d check in here first...
It first popped up a few months ago, lasted a couple of weeks, then vanished, but now it's back again...

For the last few days, I've been dealing with dizziness—just feeling really disoriented, plus some nausea, a mild headache, and my temperature keeps fluctuating slightly (nothing crazy, just up to 99.5°F)

Some days feel totally fine until everything hits me all at once for about two hours. Other times, it lasts all day, or maybe just five minutes, sometimes happening multiple times a day...

Does anyone recognize these symptoms?

I'm not pregnant, I drink about 2 liters of water a day, and I haven't been spending too much time out in the sun... also, I tend to have low blood pressure.

So, what do your blood test results look like? Are you dealing with something like anemia or something similar?

Everything seemed fine up until now...
I'm heading to the doctor on Tuesday, so we'll see what happens...

I went through the exact same thing last year. Only difference was I had this low-grade fever hanging around for three months. My head was just spinning, like I couldn't even make a single decision without feeling dizzy. Symptoms were identical. Blood work came back perfect, blood pressure was fine too—though it’s probably lower normally, since I figured it would spike from being nervous at the doctor's office. I ended up seeing a pulmonologist, a cardiologist, a neurologist, a GI specialist, and finally a psychiatrist. Honestly, I picked this username during that stretch because I genuinely thought I was losing my mind. I had zero energy, just stayed in bed constantly, and actually gained about 20 pounds in those three months because I thought maybe eating more would give me some strength back. Eventually, after all that, the psychiatrist told me I was totally sane and sent me to an immunologist. Turns out I had antibodies for the mono virus. It might have been lingering from before, so maybe it wasn't acute mono, but it's likely what it was, which explains why I had to be so careful about what I ate.
During that whole mess, I was on Yasmin, so when the first doctor suggested the pills might be causing the dizziness, I stopped taking them. I also quit smoking around then.
So yeah, that was my experience. You should definitely go see a doctor, though. Good luck.
It's probably nothing, but better safe than sorry.
Maybe you're just going through a stressful patch.

Oh, man... you know, I started taking Loestrin about three weeks ago, and of course, they'll say it's the birth control, but I had these same symptoms even before I started them, and they lasted for weeks...

Thanks for sharing your story. I'll definitely keep you posted.🙂

I'm not positive, but I think I might have found the culprit...
Until recently, I was using one of those orthopedic pillows, but I switched to a regular one lately... I noticed my neck was hurting a bit and figured maybe it was my spine or nerves or something. So, I swapped the pillow back last night...
And hey, today feels totally fine. No dizziness, no nausea... nothing at all.

I really, really hope it was something that simple...div>

Hey everyone, I’ve been dealing with these symptoms for about 15 days now and honestly, I’m reaching my breaking point. Sometimes the headaches are just brutal—like, I can barely function—and other times they settle into this constant, nagging ache that hits hardest in the evening. On top of that, I’m getting really dizzy; it feels like I can't walk straight and my balance is totally off. I’ve also been feeling nauseous, though I can't actually throw up (I have gastritis, so I'm pretty sure that's not what's causing it). The pain is mostly centered in my forehead. I already had my sinuses checked out via imaging and everything looks fine, plus my ENT told me it definitely isn't a sinus issue. The sensation has actually changed, too—at first, it felt like a rhythmic pulsing that just kept building up, but now it’s more like these sudden, intense waves of pain that just hit me out of nowhere. I even had my eyes checked, but they said everything there is normal, so it’s probably not an vision thing. I had an X-ray done on my neck recently, so I should be getting those results this Monday. After that, I’m heading to a neurologist, and they'll probably send me for more tests from there. I guess I’m just feeling a bit lost at this point. I haven't really left the house in two weeks, aside from the essentials like going to school or doctor appointments. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? If you've dealt with anything similar, please let me know. Thanks in advance! 🙂
