The academy is useless if you can't actually guarantee a roster spot for a finished product or at least find them a buyer.
It just proves the clubs are being run by total incompetents who are more interested in quick cash grabs than actual talent.
If that's the case, then what's the point of having any kind of training program? It's all for nothing.
That's basically what I was trying to get at in my previous post.
