Anyone else on this? I’ve been tossing it back for a while now.
Got a question brewing. Since spirulina is loaded with beta carotene and Vitamin E—is there a risk of overkill? We all know slamming too many vitamins can actually mess you up.
The label says this:

daily dose breakdown:

*vitamin A (beta carotene) ___ 9000 IU or 180% DV—this part trips me up. How is it already at 180% of my daily needs? WTF??
* other vitamins... (not gonna list 'em all right now)

On the bright side, I definitely feel more wired since I started. No midday crash, which is a win. Plus, my skin looks killer.👍

The instructions clearly state a daily dose of three to six tablets. I just started taking them about five days ago—nothing to report yet, obviously—so I haven't really seen any noticeable results. Why are you all using this? Is it just a general dietary supplement for you, or are you specifically targeting immune support? How long have you been on it? Typically, the protocol is a three-month cycle followed by a break.🙂

I take spirulina once in a while... just whenever I feel like it...
I've got the powder version, so I just toss a teaspoon or two into my breakfast

I'm pretty sure you'd need a massive dose to actually overdose
I have a medical encyclopedia on hand, so if you're really curious, I can look up what the symptoms of an overdose would be

So, what's everyone actually using spirulina for these days?
