Is my goat's milk spoiled?

I don't even know what happened, but a few days ago I went absolutely feral scratching at my leg, and now it’s just this constant, annoying cycle of stinging and itching all at once... it’s driving me crazy, I can barely even get any sleep at night.
Anyone got a solid recommendation for a cream or something I can slather on to make this stop?
I haven't had any issues before either, I did everything by the book 😵

There’s likely a more sophisticated solution out there, but I’d suggest sticking with some old-school American ointment or maybe even some calendula salve...

Looks like that infection is starting to flare up a bit. You should try using some Betrion ointment.

Do you honestly think it’s infected? Like, looking at it, there isn't anything obvious going on—it’s just a little red and that's about it.😕

A little redness is one thing, but your immune system will take care of it 😉 , so just give it a little boost with some Betrion

Man, I've been through the exact same thing—it’s seriously awkward as hell

The Red Sox ointment was a lifesaver for me. It cleared up in like 4 or 5 days

I've got some Geocell sitting around at home, would that actually help? I think it's meant for skin stuff, but I'm definitely not about to just smear it all over my face on a whim.
If not, I guess I'll just go with one of those other options mentioned above...

Geokorton works fine, just make sure you check the expiration date first.

Using Bepanthen ointment or cream can really help, too.
It’s quite effective at soothing that burning sensation.

I dealt with the exact same thing last summer, and honestly, baby powder is the best fix.👍
