Why are my hands always freezing?

It doesn't matter who he was targeting.
If his intentions were good, we should consider it—though most of you are already just arguing for sport.

Same here... I tried that whole hot-cold water therapy thing, but honestly? It just doesn't work for me. Brrr.

cold hands>good in bed...........maybe work on your circulation. go see a doctor so they can prescribe you some pills or something

Does anyone else deal with this weird sensation where one hand feels freezing while the other stays perfectly warm?
My right hand is ice cold to the touch, yet my left hand seems to be at a completely normal temperature.
Does anyone have any insight into what might be causing this kind of imbalance?

That sounds like it might be Raynaud's phenomenon, which usually involves circulation issues. If it's bothering you a lot, maybe it would be a good idea to check in with a doctor.

Cold hands and feet have become a persistent issue for me.
Especially since that fall in the bathroom where I hit my lower back.

Summer is manageable, but once winter hits...

I exercise and walk briskly, which offers some relief, yet the sensation always seems to return.

I actually think I know what's up because I deal with the exact same thing. Does it happen mostly when you're at your computer?
For me, whenever I'm online or just hanging out on the web, I tend to set my mouse hand in a way where my wrist hangs right over the edge of the desk. It gets pinched against the rim, which cuts off my circulation, and my hand turns into an icicle within five minutes...

I’ve been dealing with this exact same issue for quite a long time now—what some people call "cold hands and feet syndrome"—and if I’m being honest, I think it’s a massive overreaction. It doesn't actually point to any underlying illness or medical disorder at all.

I mean, look, whenever I’m out in the cold, my hands get cold. When I’m somewhere warm, they feel warm again. It seems to me that this has much more to do with the ambient temperature around you than any actual disease or, specifically, "poor circulation." If you’re standing in a freezing room, your hands are going to be cold—even if you had the most efficient circulatory system in the entire universe.
