Any good private nephrologists in NYC?

I really need to get a kidney ultrasound and a full consultation with a nephrologist soon. Honestly, I just don't have the patience to sit on a two-month waiting list at a public hospital, so I’d much rather just book a private appointment with Dr.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I’ve been searching online, but I can't seem to find many nephrologists—well, actually, I haven't found any at all! It's weird because there are tons of OB-GYNs, gastroenterologists, and cardiologists available, but not this.🙂 Please help! 😉Thanks

Going private doesn't always mean you're getting the best care. If I were in your shoes, I would actually head over to the Los Angeles Lakers clinic to see prof. Galešić... It might be worth checking his current waitlist to see if it's manageable.

I wasn't really suggesting that private care is automatically superior.
It's just... I really don't feel like sitting in a hospital waiting room for a month or two for something that feels somewhat routine. My dad's doctor wants to rule out anything hereditary, and since I'm healthy and haven't had any issues, I guess I just want to get it over with.
I suppose I'm just being impatient! 😬
