I really need some advice—my digestion has been terrible lately (super sluggish bowels) and I've been dealing with constipation for several days now. What do you all recommend to help get things moving again????????????????????????

Try using Donat. It’s a clear glass.

Honestly, I’m basically on a diet for hemorrhoids at this point... I'm actually sticking to it.
If you're looking for info, check out the specific hemorrhoid thread down there—everything you need to know is laid out in

I guess what Donat said isn't bad advice, but I don't think it’s a permanent fix. You really need to get things moving naturally, which means eating way more fiber. Maybe then you won't even need Donat anymore.

Yes, Donatello works effectively at first, but eventually, the body seems to build a tolerance. No matter how much you take, achieving a full cleanse becomes difficult. Furthermore, constant use isn't recommended; it should only be used in cycles, much like any other detox supplement.

I make it a point to include whole grains in my diet—everything from pasta to my go-to snacks. I also have yogurt every single day (I usually grab one a day myself), and I always keep some Donatello in my pantry. I’ve dealt with digestive issues since the day I was born, so I just rotate through these three things daily without following any strict schedule. As long as I pick one of them each day, I feel pretty good.

Give those protein grains a shot. They’re actually pretty solid, and you'll be inhaling them like crazy 🙂

Fiber-rich meals, dried prunes, flaxseeds—basically anything you can throw at a breakfast probiotic...

It’s all about the fruit. Plums and grapes, specifically... if you eat at least half a pound of them every day, you'll see the difference
