Here’s the deal, hoping someone here can actually give me some answers. I’m in my late twenties and honestly, I’ve always been healthy. But this thing started creeping up a few years ago. It begins as this dull stabbing sensation right above my left eye, near the bridge of my nose, and then it just ramps up... a constant throbbing and intense pain. It lasts for a few hours and usually ends with me throwing up. The weird part? No other aches or pains anywhere else. I feel perfectly fine everywhere else, but this one specific spot just absolutely destroys me. It's infuriating. Since then, it’s become a regular visitor. It starts slow, builds to an unbearable peak, lasts a few hours, and then—poof—I’m back to normal. But while it's happening, it's brutal. I saw a doctor about three years ago, and she sent me for sinus imaging. She figured they were slightly congested and that might be the culprit. I went through rounds of antibiotics, but nothing changed. It keeps coming back, and I'm powerless against it. I've noticed Tylenol helps take the edge off, but it won't kill the pain entirely. My only option is to lie down in a dark room and wait for the clock to run out. It drives me crazy because there's zero warning. Someone suggested it might be migraines, but at this point, I don't even know anymore. I've heard there isn't much of a "cure" for either migraines or sinus issues, so I'm honestly dreading going back to the doctor for more tests since the first round was a waste of time. If anyone has dealt with something similar, please let me know... I haven't met anyone who actually suffers from this. The worst part is how sudden it is. Sometimes it feels like I'm making excuses for missing plans, but when it hits, I am genuinely incapacitated.

Man, I used to deal with this all the time, but lately, it’s happened way less often. For me, it’s mostly just my sinus issues acting up. Honestly? You should probably just go get some actual tests done by a decent doctor instead of trying to crowdsource a diagnosis on a random forum.
