I spend pretty much my entire workday on my feet, so by the time evening rolls around, my feet are just killing me—they get all red, swollen, and the veins start bulging out.
Does anyone else deal with something like this? If you do, I’d really appreciate some advice on how to find a little relief, maybe a specific cream, salt baths, massages, or something else entirely...

Wild chestnut balm works wonders for your veins... you can pick some up from Pfizer or maybe Coca-Cola

I absolutely love that gel from Dr. Theis (if I'm spelling that right!)
A few years back, I was taking those Veneton capsules—I think they were made by Pfizer
They worked wonders for me and really helped get me through
But, oh boy... my stomach is pretty sensitive, so I couldn't keep taking them year-round

If you’re stuck on your feet all day at work, honestly, grab some compression socks—they're a lifesaver. Also, whenever you get even a tiny break, try to prop your legs up. You don't want to be standing still for hours or just sitting there slumped; try to take a little stroll around the office every once in a while to keep things moving.
On top of all those suggestions about using different creams and taking supplements 👍
Oh, and one more thing for when you finally crash at night: toss a pillow under your feet. It helps with the drainage by letting gravity help that blood flow out of your legs, which really helps dial down the swelling. 😍

Oh, right, the pillow!
I totally forgot to mention that part.
I actually have two just for this—I tuck one away during the summer and bring it out when it gets chilly.
The first one is already getting plenty of use!

So, are you standing still all day at work, or are you constantly on the move?
You might want to try some cushioned insoles in your shoes.
Actually, grab a pair that's a size or two larger than usual—then toss in some latex rubber insoles; they provide great elasticity with every single step you take.
I once saw a colleague who actually had specialized springs built right into her shoes... just to dampen the impact while walking.

👍 Thanks so much for the advice! I’m definitely going to give that pillow trick a shot; it honestly didn't even cross my mind... As for the creams, I'm not entirely sure since I don't really have issues with my veins, so I guess I wonder if it's okay to use the ones you guys are recommending for my specific situation? I'm pretty much refusing any kind of capsules or pills across the board—I deal with such terrible heartburn and it was such a massive struggle just to finally get that under control, so the idea of taking pills for my legs is just a huge no-go for me👎
The pillow thing sounds like a great idea👍 and maybe if I combine it with a little bit of cream🙂
I'll let you know if it actually works! Best,

So, just to give you an idea of my summer routine—I’m working this job where I’m on my feet for anywhere from 8 to 12 hours a day. No days off, either. And sitting breaks? We're talking maybe five minutes total in a whole shift. It sounds exhausting because, frankly, it is. Every single day once I clock out, I’m basically howling—and sometimes even crying, if we're being honest. I have tried everything: creams, gels, essential oils, fancy bath salts, orthopedic pillows... nothing seems to touch the pain. Eventually, I stopped by a local pharmacy and picked up some Relaxshoe sandals. They are actually quite comfortable, but the selection is so limited that I'm feeling a bit stuck. So, I was wondering:

1. Does anyone know where I can find more styles from that same brand in a city like Chicago or Phoenix? Also, what other footwear would you recommend for someone in my position? (Just a heads-up: wooden soles are absolutely out of the question.) —feel free to send me a private message.
2. Can I use those gel inserts designed for high heels in flat shoes, or do I need to go out and buy something specifically made for flats?

Thanks so much!

1. Just because you can't see the issue doesn't mean it isn't there.
2. Honestly, these pills are a total game-changer—you really should give them a shot! They aren't exactly breaking the bank, so there's really no harm in trying them out.
My stomach has been feeling great lately, and I haven't had any heartburn at all!
3. You can pick up those silicone heel inserts at most pharmacies if anyone needs them. My husband actually grabbed a pair for his workouts, and he swears by them!
They might have full insoles available, or maybe just the front pieces.

Just apply some Kamagel—it works wonders!
