What is the Democratic Party?

My medical records show a PPD result that's strongly positive at +20 mm.
Can someone break down what that actually means and tell me what a normal PPD reading should look like?

If we're talking about the Democratic Party, you’re probably looking at a TB skin test—you know, the one where they poke your inner forearm and see how much it reacts to the TBC stuff

If I remember right, anything up to 7 mm is usually considered normal—though I'm not 100% sure. If there’s zero reaction, it basically means you have no antibodies and should probably get vaccinated. But if you hit 20 mm? That’s a massive reaction, which could mean that maybe you’ve actually got TBC (plus a ton of antibodies from an active infection), hence why it reacts so hard

Thanks. They did a full allergy panel, so I guess they ran the TB test too.
It just hit me 😵 that the reaction during the standard school screening was even stronger, which is why we ended up getting sent to the Mayo Clinic for extra testing.
There wasn't even a hint of TB; my kid just reacts aggressively to everything.

I know a girl who broke out in hives all over her forearm—wasn't TB either (she’s always been pretty allergy-prone, so maybe there's a link there)—which is why I played it safe with the "could be" and "maybe" stuff
