Drinking eight glasses of water by 4:00 PM—that’s just one glass every two hours! It's hardly an excessive amount, if you ask me.
Honestly, I think you're overstating the whole thing. 🙄

Well, yeah, it *is* too much! And you can roll your eyes at me all you want—it won't change the facts. 😁

Too much?
It's actually not enough!
If I only drank a little over a liter a day, I'd be totally dehydrated by noon.

But seriously now,
I personally drink about 3 liters a day (sometimes even more!), because that's just what my body needs.
I've always been super thirsty.
I really think that just like everything else, everyone's water needs are different.
To me, obsessing over exact amounts feels silly if you aren't actually thirsty.
Just because it's a huge wellness trend right now doesn't mean it applies to everyone!

it's nothing more than following some fleeting health fad

I am genuinely curious—truly, deeply wondering—when common sense will finally make a comeback in the mainstream. 😁 Though, I suppose if everyone started acting rational, we wouldn’t have nearly enough ridiculous topics to joke about here on the forum...

constant thirst, always been like this

But seriously though

Drinking 3 liters of water a day just because you're thirsty isn't exactly standard...

Have you had your glucose levels or hormones checked lately?

So, knowing the water usage for one hour is too much?
Why? What’s the harm? You want me to check it every single hour?😁

Thirsting for 3 liters of water a day just isn't typical.

It really varies from person to person!
For me,
I've been like this for all 42 years of my life.
So, a recent checkup wouldn't really change much since
I've dealt with so many different health issues over these 42 years for all sorts of reasons.

* Aim for a solid 7-8 hours of sleep every night
* Get moving for at least 30 minutes a day
* Don't skip breakfast; it's the most important meal!
* Stay hydrated by drinking about 8 glasses of water daily
* Try eating five smaller meals throughout the day
* Cut back on snacking, greasy foods, salt, and sugar
* Make sure you're getting your daily dose of fruits and veggies
* Work on maintaining a healthy weight
* Manage your stress levels and try to avoid unnecessary drama
* Stay away from cigarettes
* Keep alcohol to a minimum or just cut it out entirely

Do any of you actually stick to these rules I listed?

I follow pretty much everything except the five-meal thing 😁
