The doctor checked me out and said my heart is fine, blood pressure is fine, thyroid is fine. Everything. But the labs show my white blood cell count is low... It’s starting to freak me out a little. I’ve never heard of anyone experiencing this kind of fluttering in their chest... Has this happened to anyone else? What could even cause this...😕
Good grief, these doctors don't know a damn thing.😢

I used to get hit with arrhythmias constantly, totally out of the blue while just sitting there. All my tests came back perfect. My heart rate stays steady, but I get these intense, heavy thumps in my chest. Usually, my resting heart rate sits around 50 (somewhere between 45 and 55). My blood pressure and body temp tend to run pretty low too.

All that heart stuff completely vanished after I had surgery on my thyroid (cold nodule, though my hormone levels were always normal)

I was wondering, did you happen to have any swelling in your thyroid before you went in for the surgery??

I just ended up with a minor knot... my intestines weren't even swollen

VILKO said:Psychosomatic illnesses/

These psychological symptoms can trigger—or just show up alongside—actual physical issues:
-increased thirst
-nervous stomach
-gas
-frequent urination
-loss of sexual response
-chest tightness
-occasional heart palpitations
-muscle aches
-headaches
-confusion
-tremors
-for women, missed periods or extremely painful ones

The link between physical and mental symptoms creates this vicious cycle—it’s a loop where any one symptom can kick things off at any time.

In a panic attack, anxiety ramps up fast into a full crisis. With general anxiety, people often try to white-knuckle it and keep everything under control—even while the cycle keeps spinning. That constant effort to stay composed is incredibly stressful in itself—and honestly, it just adds fuel to the fire. It’s how some people end up feeling anxious about being anxious, which just makes the whole mess worse.

PS.vilko

A psychosomatic illness presents physically, but it starts in a mental or emotional state.

In other words, the patient isn't making it up—they are dealing with very real problems.
A lot of people have these issues but they don't want to accept a diagnosis of
"psychosomatic"...because they immediately worry people will label them as "all in their head" or mentally unstable.

With the way life moves today—everything is just so fast-paced—it’s incredibly easy to fall into depression, anxiety, or panic attacks... and those things can absolutely manifest as debilitating physical symptoms.

It’s also a feedback loop; if there’s actually something wrong with us, the situation gets even worse if we don't treat the underlying anxiety, depression, or panic attacks.

🙂 😉 😎

So what am I supposed to do?😕

Look, in that same neighborhood, on the very street where the old maternity hospital used to be, there's a clinic or something similar that deals with psychosomatic issues.

I finally feel like myself again
Believe it or not!
It honestly feels like a miracle
even when I'm just running a load of laundry in the washing machine😁

Look, you can grab some Vitamin B complex at any CVS for just a few bucks. Just a tip for next time.
