I’m trying to wrap my head around lower back pain syndromes and how physical therapy actually helps with knee injuries here in the States.

Does anyone happen to have a solid link—and I mean something a bit more technical or medical, not just some blog post
or maybe some files saved on your computer about this? If you could send something my way, I’d really appreciate it...

Seriously, I need this ASAP...!!!

(And please, if you're thinking about just telling me to Google it, don't bother. I've already scoured the web and I'll probably be doing it again anyway)🙂

I wouldn't send you to Google, but I might suggest checking out the health subforum instead. 🙂

It's pretty urgent...!!!

Starting a new thread here:
Lower back pain, disc protrusion, and herniated discs.
I'll try to dig up my other posts and any links I've found before.

Thanks a million
If you happen to have any info on knee injuries too, I’d be seriously grateful

Acupuncture in America!

Alternative medicine

I’m not a believer in alternative medicine. Over the last 35 years, I’ve wasted
a ton of money on nothing—trying everything from various specialists and naturopaths to chiropractors and acupuncture.

If you don't have a neurological issue, the body usually heals itself within four to six weeks. If there is an actual injury, a chiropractor might actually make things worse.

Nowadays, there seem to be way too many "specialists" claiming they can cure anything
just by using vitamins.

I’ve tried all of that over the years. It doesn't work. It’s easy to take credit for a recovery when someone has a minor injury that was going to heal on its own anyway; then, people just give all the credit to vitamins or some alternative method.

Why is it that a hundred years ago, people lived shorter lives and died from things like the plague or even a common cold?
Where was the alternative medicine back then?

🙂 😉 😎
