I can only imagine how much worse the sequel would be! 🙄

I haven't seen the sequel yet... but the first one was absolutely captivating. I can still see them dancing... 🙂

Well, I've read plenty of ninja fiction and Westerns—think along the lines of Zane Grey—and while I am quite fond of Schwarzenegger, I also have a soft spot for Dirty Dancing. So, where exactly does that put me in your little classification system?
By the way, "Shakespeare in Love" didn't exactly do it for me.

Dirty Dancing... even though I was just a baby when it hit theaters, that movie totally captivated me the first time I saw it at about 12 years old.

Now it’s easily one of my all-time favorites (alongside Grease, obviously).

I know every single song from both movies by heart—obviously!—and every time they come on, I still get goosebumps...

Man, how fast youth slips away. That summer of '87 is just a blur now, nothing left but memories... I remember wanting to dance just like Patrick, dreaming of being just like him... And he's been gone for almost eight years now...

Time really does fly...

Hungry Eyes is easily one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard, which makes that scene in the movie even better...

Why don't we make movies like that anymore? Nowadays, it feels like it's nothing but violence, drugs, and wars...

I absolutely love this movie 😁 it’s easily one of my favorites 😍 plus the soundtrack is just incredible 😁
