Is anyone watching?

Our boys are up against the Dutch right now, currently leading 1-0 thanks to a goal from Kalinić. It’s been a bit of an undeserved lead so far. You can catch the broadcast on ESPN.

With Israel and Switzerland also in the group, our team isn't exactly looking like they have much of a shot at moving forward.

So, it’s 2-0 now!
Apparently, our boys are actually decent—I had no idea we were sitting on this much talent.
The Dutch squad seems to be comprised entirely of Ajax players, whereas ours... well, who knows where they came from? But they're playing great.👍

You can't really expect world-class play from these kids yet—they’re still just teenagers, after all.

That second goal by Grgica was absolute class. It just goes to show that the Hajduk academy always seems to have an ace up its sleeve.

The big thing right now is staying disciplined out there; the defense looks solid.

It’s pretty obvious now why certain players belong at a top club like Ajax—where they actually have a future—rather than stuck in some backwater town somewhere.

The ESPN commentator hit the nail on the head—if there’s any nation capable of pulling off what we just witnessed tonight, it’s definitely the Dutch.

That’s an impressive result, I suppose, especially since the Dutch were such heavy favorites against us. Nisan knew ESPN would be broadcasting it, so we'll start following along, though I’m currently preoccupied with hockey.👍

The result itself is great, but the real issue is that they held a 2-0 lead until the 90th minute, only to concede two goals during stoppage time.

Anyway, we face Israel today. Unfortunately, there isn't a broadcast available.

So, this former player from the big club in LA—he used to play for the Chicago Cubs, by the way—is playing for their feeder team now, but over in Kyiv... I guess they quietly paid about $55,000 to get him
