By the wayβ€”we basically walked away with the win without even having to scramble for any tap-ins off the line.

That was the plan, right? We let them think we weren't playing that aggressive, high-pressure game near the goal, and thenβ€”boomβ€”we hit them when they least expected it...

SpoljariΔ‡ standing there by the goal line. Where did he even come from? Such a lucky, clumsy little goal. 😁 😁 😁

laguum said:This guy acts like he’s got all the answersβ€”telling us which defense to run, who covers who, when the goalie should take the shot... It's a total joke. When the refs screw us over, nobody says a word, but if they make a call against us, it’s like they’re trying to liquidate the whole league and the country they come from. Honestly, I’m asking NBC to just pull these commentators off the air, especially him and Blazic.πŸ‘Ž

πŸ™‚

They'd be better off sending drag Cosica. At least he never claims the refs are out to get us.😁 😁

They’re definitely toughβ€”no doubt about itβ€”but if we stick to our 3-2-1 zone defense and play just a bit more aggressively toward Lackey, I really believe we can shut down their offense entirely.

Oh, they're strong, alrightβ€”we saw that loud and clear. It’s a real "take it on the chin" kind of situation. πŸ™„Are they just jealous of Lackey's profile and looking to "cut him down to size"? Well, let's just hope those Spaniards walk away empty-handed... πŸ™‚

🀣

plus, he always stays so incredibly neutral whenever he's calling games involving Americans (well, not against us, obviously)...😁

Man, I lost my damn mind when I saw how that game started...
Those Mexican idiots went straight for Lackey and Balica, practically headbutting them just to take them out of the play...

Honestly, they earned every single "thug" chant from the crowd. That seems to be their whole vibe in sports lately, and don't even get me started on soccer...

They actually played somewhat normally in the second half, though. Probably because the coach finally told them that the refs aren't playing games and are handing out cards like candy...

SpoljariΔ‡ is playing right on the edge. Where did he even come from? Total amateur move. Just a complete rookie mistake. 😁 😁 😁

Yeah, that's classic Lino tactics right there.
😍
So, tell me again who thinks Lino isn't a master strategist?πŸ™‚ πŸ˜‰

I’m honestly just wondering why there isn't a dedicated sub-forum specifically for the World Handball Championship?😠
Those guys earned their spotlight a long, long time agoβ€”way before those football idiots got any attention.😠

Anyway, huge congrats to the team on that absolute nail-biter of a win.😁
And the Oscar goes to Vlado Šola.😁 😎

Honestly, it would be pretty hilarious to see the Mexicans celebrating every time they score, but let's be realβ€”they’re basically all one big extended family when it comes to rooting for each other.😁 😁 😁

You're better off rooting for the Norwegians than the Mexicans.😁

laguum said:This guy acts like he’s an absolute expert on everything, whether it's which defensive set we should be running, who needs to cover which zone, or even where the shooter should aim to beat the keeper... It’s honestly a disaster. When the refs make a bad call against us, nobody says a word, but once they screw us over, it’s like they’re trying to dismantle our entire team and the whole country they represent along with it. I really hope CBS stops using commentators like him and BlaΕΎičko for their broadcasts.πŸ‘Ž

But hey, let’s just give our guys endless praise since they’re obviously world champions and untouchable by anyone!!!

Actually, there's one more thing that's been bugging me😁 (for a change)
Why do some people on hereβ€”and honestly, people in generalβ€”think the US national team can't pull off a win without having someone like MetličiΔ‡ or BaliΔ‡ on the court?
The team isn't just built on MetličiΔ‡ or BaliΔ‡; it's about the entire squad working together!!!!!

The team isn't built solely on the backs of MetličiΔ‡ or BaliΔ‡; it's about the entire roster working together!

I definitely see where you're coming from, but let's be realβ€”when BaliΔ‡ and MetličiΔ‡ aren't out there, things get a whole lot tougher for us.
