Deep cystic acne breakout... help!

You know that sensation when a pimple decides to show up, but it’s deep under the skin? It’s one of those things where you can't even squeeze it, yet the whole area just swells up, feeling like a little hard bead tucked right under the surface of the skin. It hurts quite a bit if you press on it. I used to get these things on my upper torso 😁
but now, it has appeared right above my groin, in the pubic area (that usual spot 😁)
. Honestly, the discomfort is pretty intense, uh...!!!

Should I just wait for this to clear up on its own, or is it time to make an appointment with my doctor?

As long as there’s no throbbing, you’re probably fine... but if you start feeling a pulse right where that pimple is, or if you see anything green trying to break through the skin, go see a doctor immediately.

Well, it won’t come out. It just suddenly popped up out of nowhere, much like how those breakouts tend to appear—painful, but without any actual relief. It is incredibly frustrating. It’s located right above my... well, you know... in that area between the hairs where you can't even get a clear look at it if you tried enough.

I'm telling you... as long as that thing popping out isn't green, bloody, or reacting when you yell "Sigourney Weaver," there’s zero reason to freak out... *if it was actually gonna fall off by now, it probably would have already (though I can't promise it won't just dry up eventually))

Douse it in rubbing alcohol.
Grab a needle, pop it, and squeeze.
Then slather on some antibacterial stick to dry it out.
That'll definitely get rid of it faster.

So, you know... regarding that first red one, during those initial four or five days... it hasn't actually broken the surface yet. It stays trapped inside, if you catch my drift. It isn't like your typical surface blemish where you can find a spot to press without it hurting, just to get that white pus out. This one underneath? The skin hasn't even broken, but when you apply pressure, it hurts like hell.
I mean, I'm not saying I should just suffer through the pain, but still...
And it’s located right above my... manhood, specifically in the groin area.
You see what I mean?
If it were anywhere else, I wouldn't mind messing with it.
But it's just... ugh.😢

Man, this cold weather tonight is brutal.
Ugh, my skin is acting up again; it's actually stinging quite a bit. I might just have to try some old-school rubbing alcohol tomorrow to see if that helps.
Then, I suppose I'll head to the dermatologist.
