Politicians using AI to write their speeches now?

I just saw that a Canadian legislator actually read an LLM response out loud during a floor speech. It feels like we're entering a weird era where politicians might just use ChatGPT to draft everything they say. Do you think this makes them less authentic, or is it just a new tool like any other?
