Lisa Evans3 said:I've been training daily for about a year now—following a structured split where I rotate through chest, back, biceps, triceps, and so on. About a week ago, I started feeling this pain near my left elbow—I suspect it's the tendon connecting the triceps to the elbow. It was manageable while I was working, but now I can't even manage a single push-up; the moment I descend halfway, the pain just cuts right through. I've been icing the area five or six times a day to cope. Has anyone dealt with something similar? If you have, please let me know what the move is—I'm honestly worried that once I recover, I won't be able to handle my usual intensity again, which would be a total disaster, haha. Any advice on how to speed up the healing process would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

Do you think your issues with push-ups have anything to do with your leg?

Help me out here: what are the actual symptoms of a dislocated knee?
Basically, I leaned on my bad knee way too hard today—nothing crazy for a healthy knee, obviously, but since then, it’s just been constant, throbbing pain... it’s also looking pretty swollen, which happens because I’ve got a torn meniscus and some cartilage damage according to my last scans, and now it looks almost bruised
I mean, this kind of thing happens to me sometimes, but it’s never actually hurt this much before
I’m icing it and slathering on those drugstore pain relief gels, but honestly? It barely does anything beyond a temporary fix
To be totally blunt, I’m terrified of going to the doctor if this doesn't clear up soon. A few years back, I was told I needed arthroscopic surgery, and I’m just scared they’ll walk in and immediately insist on doing it again
Is there even a clinic out there where I can look into those injection treatments? You know, the stuff pro skiers use to get back on the slopes quickly after an injury?
