Saw it on TV recently. Tim Burton's story is pure genius and the animation is insane.
Nine years to make one cartoon... nine years.
And Danny Elfman does all the music and singing too... absolute legend.

Honestly, it’s probably the best animated movie I’ve ever laid eyes on. It’s got a permanent, VIP spot in my home movie collection...
Even though Tim Burton didn't actually direct it—so technically you can't officially credit him—you can just feel his soul all over the thing. In my book, it’s a total Tim Burton film through and through.
Only crazy Tim could dream up something this imaginative...

The movie's based on his own story and characters... honestly, I can't stop being blown away by it.

Danny Elfman is a god. The soundtrack is killer, the vibe is so classic Tim Burton, and the characters are actually pretty charming...
