Grains and legumes, along with other seeds, represent the most complete fuel for the human body... By its very nature, a seed holds everything necessary to cultivate an entire plant, because that is what it eventually becomes... We're talking about
proteins, carbs, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and all those essential building blocks... Since a seed is biologically designed to break down and then sprout, your body can easily process it for cellular repair and growth.
The key is to eat the whole, cooked grain...
Stick to water as your primary hydration... When you nourish yourself with seeds, your
body absorbs pure life energy and promotes positive development...
A little tip for you: try to avoid foods that start with the same first letter as your own name. If you remember anything from physics class, you know that like energies repel one another...
It’s vital to consume foods that nature specifically intended for growth. Period.

I've been doing this for🙄 👋 🙄 👋 🙄 👋 🙄 👋 years now...

The main thing is making sure you're fueling your body with what it actually needs, regardless of

I did take physics, by the way. Actually aced the course with an A... But I still can't wrap my head around this logic, nor does it make any sense to me 😲

I’m strictly banned from touching beans😁
but apparently, cookies are totally fine since I’m not some health nut😁
and right now? I’m face-deep in a bowl of cereal🙂

Seeds don't contain some magical cocktail of nutrients essential for human survival, nor are they the ultimate superfood. They certainly don't pack the massive quantities of everything you just listed, and they definitely don't provide some mystical "life force" energy. Honestly, your theory about those initials is something you'd hear from someone who just landed on Earth yesterday after reading a single book by some fringe nutritionist on The Oprah Winfrey Show!
If you actually understood how human nutrition works, you never would have posted this garbage in the first place.

And I can't even have... hm... veggie burgers! 😁

Meat isn't even good for anyone anyway.😁
Fine, I guess fish is okay... I'm not a total fanatic.😁

In what language are you even speaking, genius?😁
and if I just start calling a specific food by a different name, does that mean I'm allowed to eat it?😁

Phenomenal!!!! We have a brand new science: physical morphology!!!😁

Hmm... since that’s currently the only postulate of physical morphology, let's try a counter-argument:
- if food starting with my initial and my body (which also starts with my initial) repel each other, it just means my body will try to eject morphologically incompatible food as fast as possible... resulting in faster digestion... and ultimately, weight loss.... 😎

I'm sending this straight to Mickey Mouse, Drake, Tenacious D, and Gloria....👍

Are the initials in a username also considered contraindicated?😛

Wait, am I actually allowed to eat cantaloupe in English—it doesn't start with a "d," does it?

I speak three languages, you know? I guess you never really know when you might actually need them.😁

Try contributing something intelligent instead of just tearing everyone else down.
The guy was just sharing his opinion, and all you did was dump a load of cynicism on him..
Pathetic. 😢

Hey everyone! So, I’ve been thinking lately and I really want to dive into this whole "healthy eating" thing, but honestly? I am totally lost. Like, I have absolutely zero clue what counts as "proper" nutrition, let alone the actual rules of the game. I don't even know what foods are considered good for you versus what I should probably stay away from, or if there are even specific things I shouldn't be mixing together on my plate. I've finally made up my mind that I need to overhaul my habits and actually start taking care of myself, so I would be incredibly grateful if anyone could drop some wisdom or advice my way! Thanks so much!

Check out this PDF Recreation and Fitness, and make sure to skim through a few of the topics listed at the top.

Alternatively, you can head over to Body Mass Index and Self-Esteem and read some of the posts by Ethan Garcia8.

For starters, just cut out all the sweets, junk food, and other mindless snacking...
Some nutritionists actually swear you shouldn't mix proteins (like meat) with carbs (bread, potatoes, etc.) at the same meal.

Try pairing your meat with veggies instead... ideally, keep everything cooked—both the protein and the vegetables—though salads are obviously fine.🙂

It’s usually recommended to go with some whole grains in the morning rather than hitting the bread, pâté, or deli meats... though honestly, I think you can treat yourself to that once a week instead of sticking strictly to grains.

It's also a good idea to eat fruit before those heavier main courses (and I really don't feel like typing out the whole "why" and "how" behind that right now).
I hope this helps a little bit! 🙂

I recently came across some information suggesting that one should avoid eating fruit in close proximity to heavy meals.

Furthermore, it is vital to consume your water BEFORE you eat, rather than after. Aiming for two liters is the magic number; just this summer—specifically during August, over a three-week span—I managed to lose 5 pounds and haven't regained a single ounce, simply by exercising a bit of self-restraint...

During August, I was drinking TONIDR (you can find it at CVS, $40, but it’s truly an excellent product!) I drink about a liter and a half every day to stimulate my system.

And naturally, I made sure to exercise. Oh, yes, ladies, it is absolutely necessary. 🙂

There's a contradiction there. Veggies are carbs too.

By the way, those theories about not mixing protein and low-carb foods are pretty controversial, and hardly anyone actually follows them. Plus, you really should just cut bread and potatoes out entirely.

Why? Come on, type it out. 🙂

Does it matter if you have the fruit before or after the snack? It's all the same. Also, you don't really need to drink water right before eating because it can dilute the stomach acid. You should just stay hydrated throughout the day instead of drinking it specifically before or immediately after a meal.

Really? I've heard it actually does matter—that you should eat fruit before something heavy like meat to avoid some kind of unpleasant reaction. 😕The idea is that if you wait, the fruit might ferment or something, and you won't get the full nutritional value. 😕Right?
