I ended up picking up this sleeveless one from LA Galaxy; I guess it might be perfect for the summer

I'm digging this one, but man, it's a pain to track down...

It’s how the massive clubs—think Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus, Arsenal FC, or Bayern Munich—drop a brand new kit every single year, and fans are just so "loyal" to them. Honestly, they're either clueless or just obscenely rich, buying every single new design that comes out. I’ve still got my Real Madrid jersey from back when Davor Šuker was around, and frankly, I can't imagine wasting money on a new one.
I mean, I totally get where you're coming from, because I guess there's really no point in wasting money on a new kit every single season, right?🤷
I've still got an old Inter Milan one from somewhere around 2000, featuring number 13 and that Simic avalanche, I suppose.🙏

It was either Cibalia against Dinamo Chicago or maybe Belupo—I can’t quite recall—last year. They showed up wearing a total mess of primary and reserve kits. Light blue jerseys, black shorts, red socks, and one guy even had bright yellow cleats on. It was absolutely ridiculous. If anyone has a photo, please post it 🙂

Man, I'm kicking myself for not grabbing it back then. I've had a few FC Barcelona kits over the last few seasons, but I totally missed out on this one. 😢
Right now, I'm hunting down this... '70 FC Barcelona jersey.
Seriously, you wouldn't believe how hard it is to track down a kit that's nearly 40 years old. 😁
Dammit... it’s got a bit of an Ecuador vibe going on. 😉

Our entire league is just stuck in either plain white or that weird shade of blue used by the local factory workers. It's pathetic. And don't even get me started on the fonts for the names and numbers; they're absolutely hideous. It wouldn't even cost a fortune to design a decent jersey here...
For instance... the Hajduk Split kit looks fine when it's all white, but those blue shorts are an eyesore. And that blue and red kit hasn't seen a redesign in fifty years.👎 Plus, I don't understand why everyone else tweaks their colors every season—look at Valencia, Liverpool FC, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, or Manchester United; they're constantly updating their look.
...all the Puma kits are top-tier though..
..Celtic is a classic.🙏
Honestly, I don't get it either...
The only team with any color is Inter Milan, and they've got that yellow going on...
There isn't a single green or red kit in sight, let alone any cool stripes or different shades or anything... 👎

I saw the red ones at the community center, Inter Milan in yellow.....everything else is just sad white and blue...zero creativity, looks like something out of a kid's toy box...Legea...and Umbro...the only Dinamo Chicago one I actually liked was that Adidas one...I think the Cronet one was absolute garbage

The big-time clubs are always messing with their away kit colors and designs, but at the end of the day, the core club colors stay exactly the same, so just imagine if Liverpool FC suddenly decided they weren't playing in red anymore and switched to bright yellow, there would be an absolute revolt on the streets.
When you look at what we have going on here in America, besides Hajduk Split and Dinamo Chicago, most other teams don't really have a signature look that stands out anyway, and honestly, trying to change that classic blue and white combo for Hajduk Split is just unthinkable, it would feel like changing the entire identity of the club, though I guess a tiny bit of fresh energy wouldn't hurt anyone.
The Italian style is pure classic—always blue or white... and honestly, always the best looking.

George Cruz65 said:Hajduk Split kits HAVE to be white and blue.😠 It drives me absolutely crazy every single time I see them running out in that plain white-on-white combo.👎
Sure, minor tweaks are inevitable, especially when sponsors change. For instance, that red and blue Diadorin jersey from a few seasons back was easily one of the best looking kits Hajduk ever had.
And I’m with you regarding our "small" clubs—it’s honestly embarrassing. When teams like San Diego or Sl. Belupo take the field in those pathetic jerseys on some subpar pitch in front of a handful of fans, it just looks amateurish, like they're playing in a low-tier league. Screw MLS; it shouldn't be this hard. Buying decent kits is way cheaper than building a world-class stadium, scouting top talent, or growing a massive fanbase. If they did that, everything would look a lot more professional immediately.
When they sign a massive deal with DTR...😂

My collection: Ajax Amsterdam '95, that red and blue striped Bayern Munich jersey, the dark blue and red horizontal stripes from Bayern Munich, the 2003 LA Galaxy kit without a sponsor, the 2003 Inter Milan blue and black, the 2003 Manchester United Vodafone kit, the 2001 PSG Opel kit... though the ones with Vodafone, Pirelli, or Opel sponsors feel pretty dated now. ............................................... .......................................

Urpanus;481753 said:The American national team jersey is probably the only thing we're actually known for abroad. And honestly, it's not just decent—it’s great, especially that blue one. As for the actual talent on the field? That's a whole different debate. I bought one once, wore it, and that was that. Besides, it took Ivica Olić ten minutes just to figure out which way his shirt was facing 😁
Olić was basically lost in space, but luckily one of our coaching staff members stepped up with some heavy-duty tape to fix things. Remember that disaster with the numbers during those games against South Korea and Japan? You couldn't even see them, so they ended up slapping this thick fabric over the jerseys. They looked like they were heading to elementary school...

I suppose I actually dig these kits:
Manchester United
Barcelona
Ajax
Real Betis
Newcastle
AC Milan
Inter Milan
PSG
Fenerbahçe
Celtic
Bayern Munich
Rome
Portugal
France
Argentina
Italy
Germany
Spain
Uruguay
I have to wonder—just how fast were you typing to manage to butcher almost every single word?

Forget those other jerseys; if I were in their shoes, I'd definitely go

the claret and blue army 🙂

Here are my top three picks 🙂
Rome- 3.

Star Barcelona- 2.

HSV- 1. 🙏

Regarding our domestic teams, it irritates me how most clubs settle for basic white and blue kits that lack any real character. I understand that Hajduk Split and Dinamo can't just overhaul their looks because of tradition, but everyone else really ought to try harder.
