Those Austrian kits are predictably ugly. Even though Rapid Vienna is actually my favorite team over there, why on earth do the players have different sponsors on their jerseys?

It's true. Hoffman actually had his own private deal with ExxonMobil. Honestly, I didn't even realize those kinds of individual endorsements were allowed...

He was rocking a custom jersey featuring that ExxonMobil logo—I mean, I had no clue those kinds of individual sponsorship things were even allowed...🤷

I guess Kanoute actually stopped wearing the 888.com logo on his Sevilla jersey for a while. Apparently, it's a gambling site, and that just didn't sit right with his faith 🙂

I figured as much. Anyway, I was watching ESPN earlier—they're doing this tour around the States right now—and I just saw what I can only describe as the most hideous Nike kits for next season:

You aren't wrong; they are good. However, I haven't seen a jersey for this upcoming season that would actually qualify as "😍" or "🙏," or anything I’d genuinely want to buy because it looks incredible. There are a few decent ones, a few "not bad" ones, and then there are just plain awful ones. 😢

In my eyes, Vasco’s kits have always been pretty terrible. They never change, even though there were much better designs back in the day, but I suppose consistency is their only rule.

Personally, I think these jerseys are actually great. They probably would've hit a different level if Nike had handled them, but hey, considering their usual "design" sense, these might actually be the best Reebok kits they've ever put out. Both River and Boca have basically stuck to the same look forever—just based on how the colors are split. Not trying to be nitpicky here, but River always had that red stripe on white, and Boca always rocked the horizontal yellow on blue. They messed around with a lighter shade of blue for a few years, but thankfully they finally brought back the original version a couple of seasons ago.



Aside from that, maybe it's because of this, but after Dinamo, my two absolute favorite clubs are Boca and Celtic. Their kits are legendary. I actually love that Celtic hasn't gone crazy changing their designs all the time; the ones they've had since last season are top-tier:

I don't recall Međimurje ever rocking yellow and black. After they switched up their logo for the first time, their away kit was gold and white stripes.

A few years back, I actually designed a new logo for Zadar (based on the city's coat of arms) along with some kits, but it didn't go anywhere. I’m really hoping they finally move away from that boring white and blue combo and make something a bit more upbeat. Wait, which forum were we talking about regarding the logo change?

And let's be real, Lokomotiva basically ripped off the Juventus logo—and those pink away kits too. It's like there aren't enough creative minds in the US to come up with an original identity without just stealing someone else's work, including the gear.

Istra is definitely going to have to wear their away kits at some point (when they play in Zapresic). Are their away colors purple, or is it those green and yellow hoops?

So, everyone clearly remembers those Udinese kits from last season—you know, the ones covered in those heavy black-and-white stripes. Well, it looks like Lotto decided to ditch that simple vibe entirely and cooked up something way, way different for the new season:

Borussia switched over to Kappa... not bad, but the second and third options are kind of trash to me...🤷

Personally, I think all three are quite good, especially the second one. My only real gripe is that purple advertisement.
