I haven't tried it yet—where can I even find it?

I've always kept my hair extremely short. But lately, I decided to switch things up—letting it grow out to maybe an inch or so and using a bit of gel.
Ever since I started styling it this way, I've been noticing hair in the drain after I shower. And it isn't just... well, you know. It never used to be like this.
The question is, am I just noticing it now because it was too short to see before, or is the thinning actually happening? My wife claims it’s just seasonal shedding, which sounds like total nonsense to me.
My friends are telling me the hair on top looks significantly thinner. Is it possible it was always like this, but the short cut and lack of gel hid the sparsity?
If I really am losing it, what's the move? I'm honestly too young to be dealing with this. Can you actually stimulate regrowth? Thanks.

What can you do... age... genetics.

Well, obviously they can. All that chemical nonsense is bad for your hair. Don't go thinking otherwise.😢

I personally tried using Nutrival capsules, and I found they really helped make my hair look much "healthier" and more vibrant. My best advice? Give your hair a break from all those heavy styling gels and just let it breathe for a while.
Beyond that, you should definitely keep an eye on your diet, since nutrition plays such a massive role in the health of your hair and nails...
Of course, if this is just something tied to your genetics, then believe me, there isn't much you can do to fight against that.
