Look, if you actually meant this seriously, I’m giving you a serious answer: I’ve heard of gastrointestinal condylomas, but I have no idea how or if they even get removed.

And condylomas are just a symptom caused by one of the HPV strains, as others have pointed out. They aren't going to clear up on their own.
