I actually first signed up for this site back on October 24, 1999. It looked nothing like this back then—way smaller, maybe five subreddits at most. People mostly hung out in two sections, one called "Midnight Warriors" and some other one I can't even remember. There weren't any moderators either, so everyone was constantly whining, "Give us some mods!"... we were probably only about twenty members total.

Back then, I actually found the URL by accident while flipping through a print edition of the internet monitor...
