Anyway, DD pulled it off at MK. Outstanding job. You have to find that sweet spot between actually handing out punishments, trying to teach someone a lesson—if you can even call it that—and just having a good, loud laugh, which is exactly what every single PDF needs. NT is a solid successor, honestly; he’s just still finding his footing, but... Look. Look, if people are actually going to try and show some basic decency and tact, I only have one question. Since the chat over at LJESa got shut down because of that flood of kids, the MK chat is getting absolutely buried. Can we please just open a separate chat topic for them somewhere outside of the Teens section? They probably think they're grown, but the exact same thing that killed the LJESa chat is happening over at MK right now. Because the thread is constantly flooded with their posts, it’s practically impossible to have a real conversation about anything else. As a result, the regulars aren't even bothering to hang out there anymore—or if they do, they just drop a quick comment and bail until the kids wake up.

I would like to do this again, but this time naming names to praise the Religion moderators; Scathach very, very much, and ego just a little less... 🙂

I should also add the Psychology moderators, they absolutely rule... 👍 They are virtually invisible, yet when things go south and they have to issue bans, they do so with such care and fairness...

The Fashion moderators are excellent, too...

Oh, and Fish1968 👍, even if she over-moderates a bit for my personal taste, she is an observant and sensible person who issues warnings before penalties, and she certainly isn't vindictive. In short, she never abuses her position. Truly impressive...

It seems it's only the female moderators that I favor (except for ego, but he has long hair, so perhaps that was the deciding factor, I suppose)... 😁
