What's wrong with my PMs?

Why isn't my PM working? I keep getting this error message...

Can a moderator please explain why I can't access my private messages????
EDIT: I was half-asleep when I posted this... but this isn't the first time my PMs have been broken. A little while ago, I had the exact same issue where I couldn't get into my inbox. Only back then, the entire forum seemed to freeze up on me... has anyone else dealt with this before?

I’ve run into this exact headache myself with certain PDF files—it's one of those weird little glitches that just pops up out of nowhere. My best bet was to go into the settings and clear my browsing data—it's probably just some stray cookies acting up, but I figured I might as well wipe the slate clean and clear everything 🤷—and honestly, it did the trick 🤷

What should I delete? 😬😕😵..And what exactly is browsing data? 🙈...I can't even access my direct messages 🤷

In Google Chrome, go to Tools | Clear Browsing Data | Clear Browsing Data Now
That’ll fix it.

P.S. You should probably check everything except the passwords section.

Honestly, it feels like the admins completely screwed us over just because we hit the private message limit 😠

Look, I'm a woman and I honestly have no clue how this stuff works...😁...I can't find where to clear my private data in Chrome...🤷...could you maybe break it down a bit more for me?😛 Eric Phillips3:😬🙂

Just try hitting CTRL+Shift+del
then go ahead and click that Clear Private Data Now button

Well, if you look up at the top menu bar—you know, where you'll find "File," "Edit," and all that other standard junk—you'll see "Tools" right there, and that’s where you can find the option to clear browsing data

Try heading over to Tools > Options > Privacy and see if it's tucked away in there.

Just make sure to check everything except for your passwords.

Are you sure about that? I don’t see a "Clear Private Data" option on my end either...
