Is it possible that a 10 mg Normabell dose is just too much for someone who weighs around 110 pounds and is on the taller side? My hips were really acting up because I was walking so much, and this morning I felt all stiff, so I found these tablets I had prescribed a while back. They actually helped settle my muscles, but since I took one just now, I feel so dizzy. Is that normal? I don't usually take them. My head feels like it's floating in a fog, even though my muscles finally feel relaxed. Could it be dangerous since I took it on an empty stomach? Thanks
I'm writing this through a bit of a haze, honestly. Would it help if I went to grab something to eat right now?
How much Normabell 10mg can you actually take in a day before things get bad?
It’s kind of wild to me that just one pill makes me feel this intoxicated.

I should mention that I'm starting to feel incredibly sleepy, too—I can barely see what I'm typing without needing to squint. I'm not sure what to do; maybe that 10 mg dose is just way too strong for me?
How many times a day, and at what intervals, is it okay to take Normabell 10mg? Thanks

There are weaker versions of Normabell that will relax you without making you feel wasted.😬 Personally, I would definitely consult a doctor before taking a medication like that without guidance.😳

Look, Normabel is a legitimate medication, BUT taking it shouldn't be a free-for-all like the way you described, Robert Morris5.
I occasionally pop some Sanval just to knock myself out faster, but I end up feeling like a total zombie until at least 10 or 11 the next morning.
In my opinion, Normabel—and frankly, most of these other drugs—are a necessary evil; sometimes you just can't function without them.
The point is, they mess directly with your brain chemistry; you feel that muscle numbness afterward, and all that other stuff.
It doesn't surprise me that you're feeling like a complete vegetable, so don't go trying those kinds of stunts without a doctor's supervision.

Klonopin is a benzodiazepine and it has a sedative effect. It’s totally normal that you're dizzy and feeling "wasted." Avoid Klonopin unless it's a total emergency. If your muscles are "stiff," just take one ibuprofen, say 600 mg. You can take it up to 3 times a day as needed.

10 mg of Xanax is way too much for you. If you're just looking to loosen up your muscles, stick to 2 or maybe 5 mg at most. I do agree though, you should take some ibuprofen or better yet, Tylenol 500 mg—take one before that walk and another one after. You don't need diazepam for this...

Thanks everyone, you guys were totally right. I wasn't stuck in that funk for very long, though; I guess the medication was just a bit too strong for me. I won't be taking it on my own anymore without checking first.

Myoflex (chlorzoxazone) is a muscle relaxant, but unlike diazepam, it won't leave you feeling totally drugged out. For the pain itself, take some aspirin at 300-400mg or ibuprofen at 400mg. There is also a chlorzoxazone and acetaminophen combo out there if you want to try that instead.

I didn't actually say I was taking Valium, I meant I took Normabel—you know, that really strong one.
It honestly made me feel so out of it I barely knew where I was, which was pretty intense; luckily, it hasn't happened again.
Thanks for suggesting myoflex, though, I hadn't heard of it before! Ibuprofen usually works great for my pain, but sometimes it causes a bit of blood in my urine, so maybe I was just taking too much of it.

Look, diazepam is just the generic name. Normabel and Aetna are just brand names for the exact same thing.
