It’s just one specific game—Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord—where my GPU isn't performing right. It keeps stuttering and causing constant lag.

Here is my current setup:
-CPU: Intel Core i5-7500;
-GPU: AORUS RX 580 4GB
-RAM: 8GB

Video clip: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1na...3Tqo5U8LbvuB3G

Regarding the sound in the video: it isn't the fans. This happens even when the card hasn't warmed up yet and the fans aren't even spinning. Every single time that "stutter" occurs, the GPU memory clock drops from 1750 down to 300. Interestingly, I tried installing the same game on another PC with a weaker configuration, and everything runs perfectly fine there.😵

I don't know, this smells like a power supply issue to me... Does this happen with any other games, or are they all just as demanding as this one?

Call of Duty: Warzone and NBA 2K20 run flawlessly on ultra settings. Yet, with Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, I'm stuck on very low and still seeing this. Is the PSU 🤔? I'm monitoring the voltage and it sits around ~100W. Currently using an EVGA 650W unit. 🙂

Weird, those games are pretty demanding too... What kind of drives are you running? I hear an IBM clicking on and off? Is the game installed on that IBM?

Maybe try downloading OCCT and running a power supply test for a few minutes. See if it does the same thing as in the video.
