I was a guy for a week once, but then I transitioned, so there wasn't really any advantage anyway.

Never really dealt with depression—maybe a little during the winter months. That’s about all I can say about it.

I wouldn't go so far as to say socializing is overrated.
I really think there are people out there who would just wither away if they didn't get out and recharge their batteries through social connection.

At least I know I would. 😁

I find socializing to be perfectly standard...
I’m curious if there is anyone here who rarely ventures out onto the sidewalk, perhaps even avoiding people altogether.
I suspect not.

I only head out once every month or two, and on average, I’m hanging out with people about once a week. My social circle is pretty small, too. Honestly, I'd like to be seeing people more often than this.

Not super often, honestly. Between my job and all my hobbies, my schedule is pretty much packed solid. If anyone actually wants to hang out though, we’ll just have to plan it out well in advance.

I was out with quite a crowd last night for a pub quiz... It was actually a decent time. I still grab coffee on my way through town most days and run into plenty of familiar faces. I don't have many close friends around lately, though; most of them have scattered across the country... We touch base occasionally via Skype or WhatsApp, I suppose...
