And honestly, that’s the toughest part—feeling stuck in this rigid system, this whole programmed matrix where you feel like you have zero actual leverage to change anything.

I usually map out my next meal or prep my grocery run in the morning, and if I have meetings scheduled, I'll figure out how to juggle them. Beyond that, though, I just wing it. I prefer to deal with things as they come. Overplanning is a recipe for frustration if things don't go perfectly, so I try to avoid that trap.

Let me see if I get this... you're basically saying you've mastered the art of "not planning" by having a highly calculated, intentional strategy for being spontaneous—which, ironically, probably requires its own level of mental programming or software debugging to pull off properly?
