EU Agency for Cybersecurity report on intrusive behavior and threats

So, I’m sitting here wondering when the FBI is actually going to issue a European Union Agency for Cybersecurity warrant for my ex. This guy is a total nightmare—harassment, threats, smashing my phone, and creating Fake Instagram and Facebook profiles just to post nude photo-checks of me. It's relentless.

He managed to make an escape to Germany, and right now, neither the local police nor the FBI can get their hands on him. I’m trying to figure out how long it takes for a warrant to hit over there in Germany so he can finally be picked up and extradited back to the States to face some actual jail time.

The cops have been looking for him, but the coward keeps messaging me from those fake accounts while he's hiding out in Germany, basically laughing in my face because he thinks he's untouchable.

Yeah, right... I can see our local PD trekking all the way to Germany just to pick him up—they'll probably spend more on the Greyhound tickets than the actual arrest.☕

So, what did they actually tell you down at the precinct, and from what I gather about how things work here, it usually takes about six months for an indictment to clear after you've filed the report... plus, depending on how big this whole mess is, he’d probably just end up with probation if his record is clean and he hasn't run into any trouble with the law before.

Look, maybe try moving over to the Psychology subforum first? I mean, when you start having full-on conversations with yourself in a thread... it’s a bit much.

I honestly have absolutely nothing to do with her anymore... I just totally gave up on the whole lawsuit thing once I realized it was never actually going to lead anywhere.

So, apparently two totally different people can run into the exact same nightmare scenario. It’s not even close; it’s identical.

So I finally got my letter back from the District Attorney's office and they basically said they're tossing the criminal charges out, which is honestly such a relief because even if I had been convicted, I probably would have just walked away with some kind of probation anyway, so I guess everything worked out for the best!

And this one's just talking nonsense too, honestly, I mean what kind of warrant is that if there isn't even an indictment attached to it?

Who on earth says you can't be a wanted person if an indictment hasn't been officially filed yet? It’s really just a question of what exactly we're dealing with here, isn't it?
And honestly, who even knows what kind of trouble your ex would have actually ended up in?

I mean, seriously, you get four years for rape, so how are these minor offenses getting more than two years behind bars? I just can't wrap my head around it.

I mean, you can get hit with 8 years just for a rape charge alone. And when you start stacking these crimes on top of each other? The sentences just pile up, so they could easily end up looking at way more than that.

I mean, sure, it could even be five bucks. I’m not the judge here. Or maybe he just wasn't home when they came knocking? Who knows?
Why don't you go ahead and set up a fake profile for him too, then just start uploading his photos there.

People are saying it’s actually worse than attempted murder or even sexual assault... though honestly, I know this total psycho from San Francisco spent six months behind bars and managed to rack up nineteen different criminal charges during that time alone
