That definitely sounds a bit more elegant. Thanks. 🎉

What about when you're attracted to intersex people?

So, I suppose for women, the suffix -ess would be used in this context. 🤔

Checking Wiki for "andromimetophilia."

EDIT - I'm not entirely sure. I'll dig through some books and if I find anything, I'll let you know...

Thanks, Eugene, for the great contribution to this discussion and for sharing that excellent article. 🙏
I haven't had a chance to sit down and read the whole thing yet, but just from a quick glance at existing research, it seems my gut feeling was right: sexual attraction toward trans individuals is primarily driven by straight men. It’s not even necessarily bisexual men, since they're attracted to both sexes generally, rather than specifically to the unique hybridity found here. Older studies still suggest that this attraction in straight men is often linked to a subconscious desire to project themselves into the female gender—something that ties back pretty closely to cross-dressing tendencies.
I'll check back in once I've actually finished reading.

Most of the posts focusing solely on transgender topics have been moved to a new thread.

I personally think there is no difference at the core of sexuality; it’s just that these straight men who find themselves attracted to trans women were "led" there.
No one is born with an attraction to trans people, just like no one is born with a fetish for latex, femdom, or Japanese teenagers in school uniforms. We attach emotions—desires for dominance, humiliation, fear, and so on—along with social norms and roles to the object of our desire. For instance, if a woman is the object of your lust and you have a desire to be dominated, you might pull the concept of authority from your surroundings—like a female CEO at a Fortune 500 company—and pair that with a specific style of dress or a certain dominant body language, then link all of that to the woman.

Our way of thinking is incredibly binary. When we strip away all the individual characteristics that differentiate a man from a woman, if a trans "woman" possesses the majority of feminine traits (breasts, narrow hips, slender shoulders, a soft face), then our brains register that person as a woman, regardless of having a penis. It’s the same principle as watching an animated movie where animals talk; we recognize them as humans even though they look like pigs.
By linking various concepts to the object of our desire in this way, people can end up being attracted to all sorts of things.
Pornography addiction is a major factor here. A couple of years ago, I was reading discussions on international forums from people going through "recovery" processes. I saw stories from guys who claimed they were entirely heterosexual and had been attracted to women their whole lives, yet over the years they drifted from one fetish to the next until they ended up watching gay content. It's quite shocking.
That said, there is a line between porn and real life. What excites someone on a screen doesn't necessarily translate to what excites them in reality.

Of course not. I doubt anyone ever said it was enough to just have a vagina.

Yeah.

Why is it such a mistake to view transgender people solely through the lens of their sex assigned at birth?

The idea of a "male brain" versus a "female brain" is largely a myth. On average, certain regions might show slightly higher activity levels in one sex compared to the other, sure, but does the activity of a specific brain region actually dictate someone's gender? Not really. A woman can be dominant and still be a woman. She can love football and grab a beer and still be a woman. She can be aggressive, or she can be attracted to women, and all of that is perfectly compatible with being a woman. Is it really that complicated?

Whether someone is drawn to people who are curvy, thin, blonde, or brunette—that shouldn't be categorized under sexual orientation.
There is attraction toward the opposite sex, the same sex, or both. To me, being attracted to trans women is essentially an optical illusion that some people fall for, which is why I’d categorize it as being attracted to the same sex. Of course, this doesn't mean trans individuals are "real" women; it just means they mimic feminine traits closely enough that our brains register them as such.

We all get "led" to find certain types of people more sexually attractive than others. One part is hardwired by our biology—men will generally be attracted to women more than other men—but another part is shaped by our surroundings. This can be influenced by how we were raised, our personal sexual experiences, or a mix of both factors.

Fetishism shouldn't be lumped in with group X. Also, we shouldn't immediately label an attraction to group X as a fetish. While attraction to trans people might fall under the umbrella of fetishism for some, it usually isn't. It's more accurate to call it a sexual orientation rather than a fetish.

But what if that trans "woman" has a vagina too?
Is she then just a woman with a vagina? 🍿 😬

It's actually those biological differences between men and women that we use when we choose a partner, whether we realize it or not. That's why straight men will typically feel attracted to both cisgender women and trans women because both possess those specific feminine traits. On the flip side, gay men would likely feel zero attraction because trans women don't have the secondary sex characteristics they find appealing.

We all know trans women aren't biologically female, but saying they are just "regular guys" is a joke. Especially since medical science can clearly identify someone as trans. Personally, if I saw a trans woman walking down a street in New York City, I wouldn't think twice about thinking she's a man.

Nope, it just doesn't work.

There’s actually a specific term for that—anthropomorphism. That comparison just doesn't hold water. Unlike animals, trans people are humans. You don't need to "assign" human qualities to them like you would with an animal. Plus, nobody is suddenly going to feel attracted to an animal just because a cartoon or animation gives it human traits. I'm pretty sure I just said all of that! 🙏

You’re still pushing that same old argument about attraction to trans people being tied to fetishism. Look, maybe in some cases, but as a general rule? Not at all!

It’s all about sexual preference. Some men are simply going to be attracted to trans women. That’s just how it is. Nothing special about it. ☕

But that is exactly the whole point of male-to-female transition and vice versa—it's about looking enough like the opposite sex. I don't know what part of that is so hard to grasp.

And the idea that a man being attracted to a trans woman is actually same-sex attraction is honestly hilarious. 🤣By that logic, I should be attracted to trans women since I'm a gay man. 🤣

It's wild to watch...

I honestly feel like I’ve learned a ton about sexuality just through my own life experiences—thank God for that, really, even if some parts were pretty rough to deal with at the time... It’s the reason I’m so convinced that our sexuality is fluid; it’s basically just a genetic baseline that we keep building on and refining as we go through life. I mean, just ask any straight guy struggling with a porn addiction how much gay content he’s actually watched on a screen—or even experimented with in person... But yeah, you made some really great points about primary and secondary sexual characteristics, and how much our individual personalities and lived experiences shape what our sexuality actually means to us.
Whatever someone manages to push onto us—stuff they weave right into our own deepest desires—that's exactly what ends up fueling our fantasies... it becomes that thing that pulls us in and ultimately leads us straight to an orgasm...
Look, I’m telling you—a straight guy has zero interest in messing around with other guys or trans people. There’s just nothing there for him. He isn't out here looking to experiment, and honestly, he’s probably never even going to find himself in a spot where that's an option... If he finds a trans person attractive, it's strictly because he sees breasts, a great ass, a killer female body, and a personality that screams sex—it's just about that physical pull, you know? But once the reality hits that they're male, a straight guy is just gonna bail—he actually feels kind of played. To me, that's just what a healthy sexuality looks like...
Then there’s this other group that’s basically being flooded with nothing but porn, fetishes, BDSM, the gay community—just a constant barrage of all these different sexualities being shoved in their faces... And honestly, under that kind of pressure, our core sexuality starts to shift because we're just absorbing whatever is being served up to us. You see it all the time—plenty of guys who are straight-up heterosexual end up becoming impotent when it comes to actual women, mostly because they've been conditioned by porn to be more interested in trans people, BDSM, experimenting with being gay, pedophilia, or other kinds of deviance...
Have you ever actually looked into porn specifically made for those kinds of fetishes? It’s pretty easy to see there’s a massive market for it—honestly, it all just boils down to classic brainwashing... And unfortunately, it’s only going to get worse. It's way too easy to plant all sorts of fetishes in the head of a guy who grew up watching porn—stuff like gender swapping, cross-dressing, dominance and submission, gay fetishes, and all that. That's why we're seeing this huge surge in deviations that this topic covers. There’s no end to these perversions, sadly... The fact that any kid, regardless of how old they are, can just pull up a search engine and watch whatever filth they want from morning till night without any real boundaries—all while it's wrapped up in "fetish" cellophane to make it look acceptable or normal—really shows how sick we've become as a society. These kids grow up accepting all kinds of things, but when it comes to women, I'm telling you, it's either gonna be impossible or just really difficult for them...

I mean, seriously, who is even attracted to trans people? Certainly not straight guys with healthy sexualities. Sure, maybe curious people here and there, and "curiosity" is such a trendy term these days—it basically gives you a free pass to be as perverse as you want while still clinging to your primary sexuality. But damn, nobody tells you that it might actually cost you something in the end... just ask the guys who spend all their time jerking off in front of a computer screen...

In my previous post, I laid out what I believe drives our sexual preferences. And look, I stand by that. What I don't buy is the idea that someone can live their entire life as strictly heterosexual and then suddenly wake up one day as homosexual. Or vice versa. It just doesn't work like that. My take? Either they weren't fully aware of that other side of their sexuality, or they were actively pushing it down.

It’s the exact same deal when it comes to attraction toward trans people. The stigma surrounding the trans community is way more intense than what gay men face. Just imagine how many guys will actually feel brave enough to explore that side of their sexuality. There won't be many, right?

I see this same argument popping up over and over in different threads. Is it really that hard to wrap your head around? Some men are attracted to trans women, and it’s just that. It doesn't mean it's turned into some weird fetish or some "deviant" way of being sexual. It's just attraction!

If a trans woman is upfront about who she is from the very beginning, I actually think that’s an advantage for building a relationship. It lets the man decide right away if he wants to get involved or not.

No man is going to think, hey, you're a guy instead he's thinking, hey, you used to be a guy. Depending on how things are handled, that's how the relationship will go.

You can't just generalize your own view to every single man out there. Not everyone thinks like you do. Since trans people make up such a tiny fraction of the population, there's likely a similarly small group of straight men who find themselves attracted to trans women.

Not at all!

That just isn't a realistic portrayal of a trans person.

Not necessarily. Pornography addicts tend to bounce from one genre to the next, often chasing the next hit until they find themselves drawn to something like trans women just to feel anything at all.

I can't say I agree with that. If I were to view an attraction to trans people as a sexual orientation, I’d categorize it under bisexuality. In my opinion, though, it's primarily a fetish.

So, we're talking about a man who lacks that specific anatomical feature and basically presents as a woman.
Can a trans woman actually have a vagina? From a biological standpoint, what’s being created is an imitation—essentially just a surgical opening that lacks the fundamental internal components and the actual physiological functionality of a natural vagina.

Sure. But that pull toward certain characteristics exists for a reason—it's all driven by sexual reproduction. When a trans person presents as a woman, it’s a bit like a civilian putting on a police officer's uniform. A police officer has a specific function, just as men and women have their own distinct roles to play.

It’s not just about being a man; it’s about someone putting in the work to present as a woman—though, depending on the individual, the results can vary quite a bit.

Not at all!

That just isn't a realistic portrayal of a trans person.

It’s worth it, simply because I said so. principles It’s essentially the same thing. It all comes down to how the brain processes sensory input from its surroundings.
It’s a simple comparison: one scenario involves an exchange of traits between species, while the other involves an exchange between genders. In the first instance, we see animals exhibiting human characteristics, which leads us to categorize them as humans. In the second, we see men displaying feminine traits, which results in them being categorized as women. Does that distinction make sense?

Richard Nelson84 As I was saying:
It really just comes down to sexual preference. Some men are simply going to be attracted to trans women, and that’s that. There isn't much more to it than that, is there? It’s nothing out of the ordinary. ☕

Is there actually any man out there who finds himself attracted to trans women, yet feels absolutely nothing for biological women?

Richard Nelson84 said:We all get "led" to find certain types of people more sexually attractive than others.

I can't say I agree with that. If I were to view an attraction to trans people as a sexual orientation, I’d categorize it under bisexuality. In my opinion, though, it's primarily a fetish.

I did a little digging on Google... if you find yourself attracted to men, women, and trans people, that's actually called pansexuality. It's basically bisexuality on steroids. 🤣

Richard Nelson84 said:In my previous post, I laid out what I believe drives our sexual preferences.

I see this same argument popping up over and over in different threads. Is it really that hard to wrap your head around? Some men are attracted to trans women, and it’s just that. It doesn't mean it's turned into some weird fetish or some "deviant" way of being sexual. It's just attraction!

Men might pass on it, but I wouldn't bet against a single straight guy feeling an attraction to trans women.

First you say straight men won't be attracted to trans women, then you claim they will. You can't have it both ways!

All these new theories about sexuality they're trying to push through those super liberal circles lately... it's interesting, I guess. But honestly, you can't just shift your orientation around on a scale like that—you're born a certain way and that’s pretty much set in stone. I mean, if someone suddenly finds themselves into certain homoerotic fetishes during a specific phase of life, it doesn't mean they "changed"... it just means those feelings were always there, lurking in the background, just waiting for the right moment to surface once they finally saw something that clicked... turns out it was just suppressed all along...
You’ve got it all wrong... Let me give you a real-world example—would an American guy under 50 actually be interested in a woman who's basically been completely reshaped by plastic surgery? Probably not. It's not just about being "attractive"—it's that those looks usually deviate so far from what's traditionally considered sexually appealing. But look at the reality today—men are constantly consuming content featuring women like that. There's been this massive shift in how we perceive sexuality and what counts as "hot." It’s the exact same thing when you look at homosexuality or being transgender. People have this inherent curiosity, right? They're open to new experiences, and if they find pleasure and satisfaction through those avenues, sexuality is naturally going to gravitate toward whatever provides that gratification... it's how that drive gets satisfied. It happens all the time—people develop specific fetishes just by being exposed to certain types of media that are marketed as being sexually enticing. Transgender individuals often work really hard to emulate that hyper-feminine, eroticized ideal because they know it grabs attention—it taps into that curiosity and drives more liberal, experimental people to take action...

I don't get why some straight guys act like seeing a dick between someone else's legs is such a huge deal—regardless of how great the boobs or the ass might look... I mean, honestly, that kind of reaction doesn't exactly scream "straight" to me. Sure, someone can be super attractive right up until the moment a guy realizes what's actually going on down there. But let’s be real—if you take the penis out of the equation, that person probably has a much better shot with a curious guy. Like I was saying, people eventually get used to anything, especially if it's wrapped up in something erotic and visually appealing...

Is there any chance a straight guy ends up with a trans person? Sure, there’s always a chance—just like how even a mentally healthy person can spiral into depression, or how someone who's had a few too many drinks might do something they normally wouldn't, or how a guy driven by pure impulse might just take whatever opportunity comes his way... at the end of the day, exceptions just prove the rule, right? And honestly, this whole idea that attraction is some rigid thing is kind of silly. We get drawn to people for all sorts of reasons that don't always have anything to do with gender—sometimes it's because they're gorgeous, powerful, successful, or just famous... though, I guess actually sleeping with them is a different story altogether...

Hmm, Radical, I’m not so sure I agree with you regarding how much porn actually drives the acceptance of trans identity, cross-dressing, or even just plastic surgery. It wasn't fifty years ago, but maybe thirty years back, Brigitte Nielsen was one of the most obvious examples of someone with implants. I don't think men were reacting with a massive "ew, look at her, she's a mess" vibe. To me, it feels more like demand was driving the supply when it comes to things like silicone, rather than the other way around.
As for cross-dressing and being trans—honestly, plenty of cultures throughout history have had their own versions of drag, trans identities, or specific roles for people. Everyone seemed to have their own designated spot in society, whether it was religious, cultural, or whatever.
One thing I find interesting is that when people talk about this topic, they almost always focus on male-to-female transitions. But there's a pretty significant number of people born female who feel like men. Are they not considered a threat? 😁

It’s funny, isn't it? It’s just as interesting when people criticize straight men and then turn around to complain about discrimination because they feel we don't view them as "real women." As if our own sexuality is somehow something that needs to be corrected.

I'm not entirely sure how much truth there is to this. I suppose I could agree that women like that wouldn't be interested. Ideal. At that stage, I doubt they'd have any trouble finding someone to flirt with them.

Every aesthetic trend follows its own path... Basically, the first woman to get implants did it because she knew guys are into bigger breasts... then the trend slowly picks up steam and goes to the extreme. There were so many women pumping up their breasts and lips to impossible levels just because, you know, it was important to stand out. Nowadays, getting work done everywhere on the body has become so mainstream that most women don't even like their natural look anymore—they want smaller waists, lifted breasts, bigger butts, plump lips... honestly, nowadays if you aren't some kind of bimbo, pardon my French, a "sex worker," or just a woman hyper-aware of her sexuality, you can't win. So, basically, it's about instilling complexes in young people and then profiting from them. It's the same deal with sexuality. If you expose a 15-year-old to nothing but porn, fetishes, and perversions—when you strip away healthy sexual role models and don't let them define their own sexuality—you end up with someone facing real issues, like sexual deviations.
Trans identity was never considered "normal" or desirable before, but today it's presented that way and people accept it as such. Some people make money off it, some get famous, and unfortunately, some get screwed over, ending up with mental and sexual struggles...
I’ve dealt with fetishes, BDSM, and porn in my life, so I know exactly what I’m talking about. I know what can trigger a person and how volatile our sexuality really is. It's scary how easy it is to brainwash someone, and how powerful sexuality is as a tool in the hands of those looking to turn a profit...

Not really, man... You'd go for the girl with the implants because she triggers that sense of arousal and eroticism for you, right? Because that's the image you associate it with. Back in the day, sex appeal was tied to natural beauty and feminine sensuality. People would have found it super weird—if not outright repulsive—back then, just like how many people see trans people as repulsive today... But that'll change too. I guarantee you in 20 or 30 years, it won't matter anymore. People will stop caring about what's "natural" or what someone looks like; most people will identify as bisexual, women will look less and less like themselves, and men will follow suit. Getting work done will be as routine as getting a haircut or going shopping... if you don't, people might give you side-eye just because you have a natural nose when you could have a "better" one from a clinic...

Honestly, looking at how most young people identify as bisexual these days—it’s clearly not some biological shift. It’s more about learned behaviors and social conditioning, which just backs up the whole idea that sexuality is pretty fluid... I mean, sure, a small percentage of gay folks are born that way, but for most people, they'll lean into these identities if it's presented to them in a way that feels "normal" or socially acceptable. To take it to a ridiculous extreme—if someone tried to claim our sexual preferences were tied to sheep, people would probably end up doing some pretty weird stuff with them just to fit the narrative...

Look, I've definitely been turned on by a few trans women myself, but I ended up suppressing those urges because—well, let's just say the pressure to conform to what "normal" American men are supposed to be is pretty intense.

But, uh, hey... I wasn't exactly asking for a breakdown of whether they were feminine-leaning or masculine-leaning...
Honestly, it doesn't matter much to me at this point... 🎉

That’s a perfectly logical way to look at it! Think about it: if a straight guy dates a trans woman and they break up, what’s more likely? That he starts dating gay men, or that he keeps dating women, whether they're cis or trans? ☕

It's definitely the latter.

It's probably a tiny fraction. It's more likely that they are intuitively attracted to them in the first place, and the fact that this content is so easy to find online simply makes things easier when there isn't much real-life availability.

*Just a side note: watching trans porn doesn't automatically make someone a porn addict.

Betty Fowler said:Not necessarily.

My bad, I misspoke earlier. I meant to say "attraction to the opposite sex," not the same sex.
But here’s the real question: you posted a photo of a bald "man" the other day, but it turns out they're actually a trans person.
Does that person still appeal to you, knowing they are biologically female?

PS. We've all pretty much figured out you're gay—your avatar and bio make it pretty obvious.

I have to disagree there. Just look at my response to Jacob Miller4 above. Men who date trans women aren't likely going to start dating gay men; they're going to keep dating women (whether trans or cis).

Biologically speaking, it’s pretty straightforward: a trans woman is still male, regardless of whether she uses hormone therapy or undergoes surgery. That's just the reality of it.

Look, you can't honestly claim this is just about one more man. The average guy doesn't have any desire to live as "the other gender."

Of course they exist! And look, dating a trans woman doesn't mean a guy suddenly loses all attraction to cis women. It’s not an "either-or" situation. I was actually watching some videos about trans women the other day. When asked about their dating history, a huge number of them said their partners were almost always cis women before them. Even when those relationships ended, they went right back to dating cis women. It's that simple!

The answer to the question you’re asking is already obvious—or at least, it used to be an open secret. When we're talking about homosexuality, it's pretty straightforward. What man could possibly be attracted to other men when women are such incredible creatures? 🙂

Well, he's clearly the smart one! 🧐

It’s hard to say for sure. My general take? I don't know. Maybe yes, maybe no. Physically speaking, this guy isn't bad looking, but I have a feeling my lady parts would be... Shut it down! Just turn it off already. Why does it feel like all the good men have vaginas? 🙂

Donna White50 said:All these new theories about sexuality they're trying to push through those super liberal circles lately... it's interesting, I guess.

It’s actually pretty easy to wrap your head around. When you look at homosexuality—and by extension, trans identity and attraction—social perception plays a massive role. You can't honestly expect men to feel comfortable dating trans women or gay men if they're living in a super conservative environment. So, that phenomenon is really just a reflection of the culture around them! I'm just getting started! It's all about that late bloom. Life moves fast, but I'm moving at my own pace. Everything happens exactly when it's supposed to. Stay positive! It’s actually not that hard to wrap your head around!

That is completely wrong. You can't just present that as a fact. You don't have any data to back this up, and you aren't going to get any. Look, I didn't even ask and frankly, I don't care, but I'm pretty sure guys today are still drooling over natural women.

Trans women aren't just imitating cisgender women to please men. It’s not about that at all! Their desire to live in their true gender comes from deep within themselves. It's an internal drive, not something fueled by men.

Trans women can be lesbians too, so that whole argument just falls apart immediately!

No guy who is into trans women is going to look at them and see a man. It doesn't matter if she has a penis or not. I totally disagree with the idea that this is just about "curious" men. Men who date trans women aren't dating men; they are dating women.

There is a wise saying:

Dating a trans woman is not the gayest thing in the world. It's also not the straightest. 🧐

Am I... am I messed up?

Of course you're sick. Normal men only date other men. ☕

Jacob Miller4 said:Transgender people strike me as a pretty fascinating phenomenon. It isn’t just about the individuals themselves—though there has already been plenty written about gender dysphoria in Psychology here and here—it’s also about how everyone else reacts to them.

It seems that even in places where transgender visibility is relatively high, like Thailand or Brazil, they aren't entirely shielded from social stigma. They still tend to exist in a sort of half-world. Take Thailand, for example: you see them everywhere, and they aren't getting jumped in the streets or called slurs constantly, but finding a job outside of the sex industry is an uphill battle. Most end up in janitorial work. It’s a similar story in Brazil. I have better intel on that because I used to be friends with a Brazilian gay man—not trans himself, but he knew quite a few during his time in New York City. He told me the biggest hurdle is employment. They fare better on the street, where demand is high and the pay for sex work is actually better than what men earn, but if someone wants a "normal" career, the options are incredibly narrow, usually circling back to cleaning houses.

That said, while there is significant social stigma surrounding such a radical shift in gender roles (which often involves "cosmetic" changes rather than full surgical reassignment—think silicone implants, removing the Adam's apple, and standard hormone therapy), things look different when you strip away the social norms and look at it from an individual level. As I touched on earlier, transgender prostitutes in New York City (according to my friend) can out-earn men in the same business. And everyone knows they are a major pillar of the sex industry in Thailand. My takeaway is that they simply tap into a market that exists beyond the traditional male homosexual demographic. In Thailand, this is even more obvious; a huge portion of their clientele consists of middle-aged, heterosexual white Australians. These guys identify as straight and only sleep with women, except for these specific encounters.

For the skeptics, here’s an even more interesting case... That Brazilian guy I mentioned is the type of effeminate man whose sexual orientation you can spot from thirty yards away. Honestly, he doesn't even try to hide it; it shows in his clothes, his gestures, and his facial expressions. Once, a buddy of his—just a friend, not a partner—came to visit him, and they ended up getting jumped on a beach here in the States. A group of guys saw them, identified them as gay (especially since one was clearly effeminate), and decided they needed to teach them a lesson. It traumatized my friend so much that for the rest of his trip in America, he was terrified of being attacked by strangers.

On the flip side, there was another instance involving an art project. He had to dress as a woman for the stage (he’s done this before, and I can vouch that his camouflage was top-tier—he actually looked better as a woman than he did as an effeminate man). After the work was done, he and the crew went out to a club in the city. He stayed in his feminine disguise (so, a typical transvestite without the breast implants or the missing Adam's apple...). He told me that throughout the night in that packed club, a massive number of men were hitting on him. Like, a lot. Between being attractive (😁), speaking English and Portuguese with a Latin accent, and being all dolled up and made up... it worked. What was particularly strange was that a good portion of those men kept flirting even after he told them he was male.

What I'm getting at is that while social stigma is one thing, when you look at the psychology, you see something else entirely. The typical male disdain for homosexuality often softens the moment the person looks like a woman. You have these "hardcore" straight men who probably think they sit at a 0 or maybe a 1 on the Kinsey scale, yet they'll travel to Thailand and flirt shamelessly with a gorgeous, stunning woman with beautiful clothes, perfect makeup, fragrant hair, smooth skin, and a small penis and testicles. Some even go as far as more than just flirting. How does that work?

1. I don't find it particularly likely that any hardened, traditionalist American man would suddenly lose his edge just because he meets a man without a mustache.

2. I suspect that sexuality is somewhat fluid; while most of us are defined by that binary split as heterosexual regarding gender, eroticism is something a large number of people can feel toward both their own sex and the opposite sex.

3. In my view, trans women and men are quite attractive, and certain trans women personally fascinate me and I find them irresistible, perhaps because they seem to possess the best qualities of both sexes—the strength of a man combined with the softness of a woman. It’s a sense of completeness that I personally find appealing, though mostly just visually... well, maybe a little bit more than that.

It isn't really surprising that in various cultures throughout history, and even today, individuals who manifest both genders were respected; they were often automatically granted shamanic roles within a tribe and viewed as divine beings, being called upon for weddings and other ceremonies to provide their blessing.

Also, biologically speaking, trans people who undergo transition are infertile and can't have kids, so you can be happy about whatever you want at this point...

I don't quite follow... I don't recall mentioning fertility, nor am I sure how the survival of the species relates to anything I actually wrote.

Indirectly, yeah—it all lines up with this twisted modern science claiming everyone is basically bisexual, that being genderfluid or gay is the new "cool," and that we should all be striving for that kind of sexuality. They love pushing the idea that sexuality is totally fluid, shaped by whatever external stuff you're exposed to that links up with pleasure... Basically, if you read the newspapers, this whole obsession with queer culture makes it look like we're dealing with a sexually unhealthy group struggling with identity, which eventually bleeds into issues with relationships, starting families, and raising kids...
But hey, whatever, it’s all "cool" now, right? It’s gotten to the point where transvestites are practically the role models to follow, especially since—as you put it—they can be more feminine than the average woman. And who cares if their lives mostly end up revolving around prostitution? That’s totally fine and even desirable these days... plenty of women monetize themselves one way or another, so I guess that’s become the new standard for behavior...
And of course, you're totally right because you're just riding those modern liberal trends while completely ignoring the fallout—that's clearly not your problem...
Anyway, here, enjoy the "sex appeal":

Well, no... being fluid doesn't mean it's shaped from the outside; I guess it just means it can shift over a lifetime or perhaps even change within a couple of weeks.

It is entirely up to you whether you want to slap labels of degeneracy on everything based on your own value system—but personally, I find it perfectly natural not to care what anyone else does with their genitals, who they touch, or whether someone feels like a man or a woman internally regardless of their anatomy.

If you don't care what car someone buys, what school they graduate from, or whether they decide to play sports, then I suppose it is strange that you are so bothered by someone engaging in sexual activities that you wouldn't personally choose.

Between consuming pornography and the media constantly pushing this agenda, it seems this group is becoming sexually unhealthy, struggling with identity, which eventually leads to issues in their sex lives, family building, and raising children...

Is there perhaps a specific study, some concrete evidence, or any actual statistics suggesting that being gay makes someone ill or causes the specific problems you mentioned?

But whatever, it's all "cool," and apparently to such an extent that transvestites have become role models because, as you say, they can be more feminine than the average woman. And the fact that their lives often end up in prostitution doesn't matter either; I suppose that’s just the new desirable standard since many women monetize themselves one way or another anyway... it's become the new behavioral model, I guess.
And of course, you're right, because you embrace these modern liberal trends and simply don't care about the consequences...

I never actually said they were role models or sexier than the average woman; I merely suggested they can be fascinating.

I wonder, what exactly is so unsettling about ladyboys to you?

I am not calling you a homophobe—heaven forbid, I don't know you well enough as a fellow forum user to make such a claim—but I will mention something regarding homophobia so you don't think I am targeting you specifically...

In one study involving a penis, a group of homophobic men was given a small paper band, similar to a control group of straight men, and they were shown various short clips, including occasional scenes of sex between two men. In every single case involving the homophobes, the paper band snapped. Because of an erection, I guess... so, you get the idea.

Fluid sexuality is exactly that—it's something that changes based on your environment or personal experiences. Think about what shaped your views on what kind of guys you're attracted to—body types, hair color, certain vibes, or even fantasies you have while you're solo because of something you saw or felt... if you're wired toward fetishes, you link them to pleasure, whether it's a certain look, muscles, a piece of clothing, or even something more intense...

To me, it's incredibly important what kind of environment my child grows up in, or honestly, any of us—whether it's food, health, habits, work, education, or sexuality. It matters to me because I know how easily people can be manipulated, and how the media can basically brainwash everyone under the guise of "progress," "freedom," or "success."
Honestly, people like you really get on my nerves—those who live by the motto "everyone should just do whatever they want"—because that kind of thinking is just totally lacking in reflection and responsibility toward the future.

When it comes to homosexuality, sure, everyone has the right to do whatever they want in their own bedroom, and they have the same rights as everyone else. But nobody has the right to push that lifestyle as the "correct" or desirable way to live, especially when it clashes with our biological foundation and people end up poisoning the public discourse without considering the consequences. Maybe the bisexual trend isn't a huge deal at first glance, but it is if we consider that such sexualities often lean toward promiscuity, and the whole issue of family and kids is tied directly to sexual orientation. And I bet even you wouldn't be happy if you met a partner, had a kid with them, and then found out tomorrow they had a boyfriend... and that they're, well, a little more gay than usual...

Honestly, some of what the homophobes are saying actually hits home sometimes—mostly because so many people who identify as gay or bisexual are genuinely struggling to accept who they are. You’ll hear people say they shouldn't exist, but the reality is that so many of them just want a family and kids... they're often heteroromantic, or they're dealing with the fallout from porn addiction, paraphilias, or past trauma. It’s just sad, really—these are people stuck with a sexuality they can't escape even if they desperately wanted to. A life and an identity wrecked by porn addiction or being brainwashed into gender reassignment carries the same weight as a young life ruined by drugs or alcoholism in the States. These people lose their shot at a normal life, a career, or a family, and that’s just tragic—regardless of how "cool" or progressive you think it all is, or how much you care about being inclusive... And it gets even worse if we give them adoption rights, because then you're basically passing that struggle down to the next generation. Just look at how many people in America deal with impotence or infertility, or how much money the pharmaceutical and porn industries rake in, and it starts to make sense. It's the price we pay for being so obsessed with individual freedom and living lives without any real responsibility... Just because you feel bad about it doesn't mean you're right...
