Hey there.

Can someone who actually knows their stuff clear something up for me? If I have a revolver with a full cylinder, does that count as having a round in the chamber?

It’s just not being dealt with
and honestly, I don't even see what the big deal is regarding a bullet stuck in a barrel or anything else like that,
it's exactly where it belongs,

The law doesn't care if you have a permit or not; it strictly prohibits having a round sitting in the chamber ready to go.

That’s why I’m trying to figure out where things stand when it comes to revolvers.

Basically, you’ve got your hunting rounds which are quick and dirty, then you’ve got those fancy sport rounds used outside of the woods or at the local range.

And look, a revolver just can't have a round sitting in the chamber ready to go like that.
