The QT regarding the screenplay is laughable; this is easily his worst work yet. Honestly, almost every other nominated film has a better script than this.

It’s pretty obvious this guy is just trolling, honestly—he does the same thing when he talks about football. It's like Tarantino 🤣

For real, though—those Golden Globe awards are always such a joke. Nobody actually takes them seriously anyway.

Alright, here’s a little monologue... might be a bit brief, though...

What exactly was the punchline intended to be with "once upon a time..."? Is this supposed to be some sort of comedy sketch?

Seriously though, there's really no need to make this a whole thing lol.

It’s such a joke. I mean, Brad Pitt snagged that award right alongside a powerhouse like Joe Pesci, simply because he played himself in *Once Upon a Time in Hollywood*. Three Golden Globes for the worst Tarantino flick ever made, and all that... It’s just blatant lobbying and pure Hollywood politics.

Does anyone happen to know where or when the recording with our English dub will be posted?

Everyone’s got their own taste, I guess. To me, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood beats Pulp Fiction any day. It’s easily in my top three for 2019—well, maybe not the absolute top three since I haven't seen everything, but it definitely sits up there alongside Ford v Ferrari, The Irishman, and Parasite.
And Brad Pitt? He was incredible. Honestly, he and Leo were the best duo of the year, right up there with Matt Damon and Christian Bale in Ford v Ferrari. Absolute top tier.

That’s why Joe Pesci is walking away with the Oscar.

I’m honestly a little baffled by the zero nominations for *The Lighthouse*. Like, seriously? Even if you don't think it deserves technical nods, shouldn't Pattinson and Dafoe at least get some love for those performances? They were incredible.

We all know how Hollywood loves its geriatric war epics, but I’ve got a feeling *The Irishman* and *Marriage Story* are going to blow *1917* out of the water when Oscar season hits. And look, I’d love to see *Parasite* take it all, but let's be real—it'll probably just end up picking up Best International Feature and calling it a day.

Either you're pulling my leg, or you simply don't have the slightest clue how cinema works.

I guess I’ve always felt that Jackie Brown was Tarantino's absolute best work. It seems to me like audiences were expecting something quite different after the hype surrounding Pulp Fiction, so they maybe didn't embrace the movie in the way it deserved, even though back in 1997 it managed to snag two Golden Globe nominations, though the competition that year was probably incredibly intense.

"Honestly, it’s been a hell of a year for those gritty documentaries exposing predators—everything from that R. Kelly doc to the Neverland mess... even that one about the two Popes." 🙂

Tom Hanks' expression at the end of that monologue🤣
The way he just chewed them up and spat them out🙏
Sienna looked absolutely stunning🙂
Leo took that joke about his followers like a champ👍
Scorsese: "It's true, it's true." 😁
I don't get why these two kids are ambassadors. Does someone owe Pierce Brosnan a favor or something?

Look, try explaining your point without the arrogance and the trolling for once. How can you claim a movie is worse than *The Irishman*—which, by the way, is an absolute masterpiece—if you haven't even seen it?

Have you actually sat through the other screenplay nominees? What makes this specific film so much more script-heavy than the rest of them?

Anyway, Ricky absolutely tore them apart, and Joaquin was just as blunt about how hypocritical some of them, like DiCaprio, really are.

Phoenix looked like he was about to pull a gun on the crowd at any second.🤣
But hey, I get it. Anxiety is a total nightmare.

The guy is a comedic genius. I seriously don't get how they keep greenlighting such trash pilots and projects...

Well, maybe that’s exactly why. He’s a top-tier comedian. People just don't tolerate that kind of stuff anymore in this whole SJW era.
I guess John Cleese doesn't even have the heart to do comedy gigs lately because the climate is so toxic, with everyone getting offended by everything.
