How about your sister? How’s she doing in school—does she get along with her crowd? And what’s her relationship with your folks been like?

Also, what actually happened—what was that breaking point—eight years ago and then again three years back?

I couldn't disagree more with the idea that war is the root of everything. We should always push for peaceful resolutions whenever we can. That’s actually why I’m heading to West Point—so I don't end up as just another soldier focused solely on combat. You have to be capable of maintaining the peace.

And honestly, Kyle Alvarez32, you’re heading in the right direction—you don't necessarily have to sign on for the long haul later, but you're getting a front-row seat to what the whole thing actually entails before you make a final call. It gives you perspective, you know? About how things really work. As for your folks... what do they actually do for a living? I find it hard to believe they'd be treating you poorly.
