I just really don't want to smell bad.

Better to just take it easy around Times Square... plenty of time to catch up later anyway.

I checked in with Jane and she told me she’s working until 8, but she might be able to swing by around 8:30. Honestly, it'll be up to Donna whether she actually shows up or not.

I mean, why not? I’d probably just call up a sunny flower shop myself

Well, why don't you just go ahead and ask her, maybe she'll actually show up for once. Honestly, it would be a lot better if we could get a solid group of about 6 to 8 people together.

I really wish I could make it, I truly do, but I’m just not sure when I'll finally be back in Chicago since I have to work an overnight shift out in Austria this Friday. There's a slight chance I might pull up around 6:00 PM, though it's just as likely I won't roll in until closer to 10:00 PM. Honestly, nothing is set in stone yet. :/

Dr. Donna, it looks like you and I will most likely make this happen, assuming I can clear my schedule by then. Things are a bit hectic on my end right now, but I’d really love to come by and finally meet you. I’m going to touch base with Carl Rivera43 again soon, too. Just wanted to keep you both in the loop!

Haha, yeah... if only we could just turn up the heat and kill the wind for once!

I honestly think it'll happen. The forecast is calling for sunshine this Friday afternoon on the 27th. It’s going to be great.

Let's hope for the best, because my circulation is already starting to fail me. I’m basically ready to be rocking a heavy jacket by the 22nd!

Yeah, true. Even by 7:30 PM, the sun has already dipped below the horizon here.

But hey, if the sun decides to actually show up by then, it’ll be a whole lot nicer, right?

Sure, but it’ll still feel warm. You’ll probably want long sleeves, but there's warmth there. By 9 or 10 PM, though? Definitely time for a light jacket. Honestly, I just care if it stays dry. That’s what the forecast is promising, anyway.

I was wandering through downtown today, right near that Greek {and even Indian} spot, when I passed by Starbucks {on Broadway}
