Looking for some people to talk to. I'm 25 and honestly, for the last couple of years, I haven't really talked to anyone—besides my family and the occasional random guy, I guess. Lately, opening up has been brutal, even though I wasn't always this way. I just don't trust people anymore and I've got this constant fear that someone's gonna make fun of me. If anyone reaches out, obviously it’ll take me a bit to chill out, but I'm looking for something low-key without all the extra pressure. I don't mind if we clash a little right off the bat or whatever, but the goal is to keep things relaxed and maybe push each other out of our comfort zones a bit. For now, hit me up via PM, and then we can move over to Discord (seems cool, though I haven't really used it before). We could even play some games, even if I'm not exactly a huge gamer.
Topics I'm down to chat about are basically anything science or engineering related—mostly IT and physics. We could bounce ideas around or talk shop about potential careers. Maybe even look at what's actually out there on the job market together.
We can also just talk about life in general, or girls (unless it's a girl reaching out).
If a few people respond, we could all hang out on Discord together.
Also into movies and shows. Music and sports aren't really my thing, but I wouldn't mind getting out there to play some sports recreationally once in a while.
We could even get into politics and current events. Just a heads up, though—I can't stand tabloids, conspiracy theories, horoscopes, or any of that superstitious nonsense.
