...I couldn't think of a better title, so I'm just sticking with this one.

I've been locked in this long-term battle with my former employer. I won't get into all the gritty details, but the bottom line is workplace harassment and unpaid wages. Honestly, it feels like I'll never truly win this fight, even though I haven't thrown in the towel yet. Still, everyone—pretty much everyone—keeps telling me to just let it go.

I can't. If I just walk away from everything, I feel like the regret will eat me alive more than the actual fight ever could. But at the same time, my savings are draining. I'm spending money on this legal headache instead of treating myself to anything nice. Meanwhile, those people are probably laughing behind my back, thinking they got away with it because they think I have no recourse...

What has your experience been? How do you handle situations like this? How did you finally move on?

I’ve already got some legal experts weighing in on this... Honestly, I'm just struggling with indecision. I'm terrified of the fallout, and I'm mostly kicking myself because I didn't just say "no" when I had the chance. Now, I'm really in a bind...

So, how are you planning to handle the fallout? Do you think you'll need some kind of extra support to get through this?
