Here’s a more in-depth one if you guys feel like wasting some time. I guess you can even weigh certain questions differently if you want to get technical.

And here’s a slightly better version of the political compass:

http://www.gotoquiz.com/politics/pol...trum-quiz.html

http://www.gotoquiz.com/politics/grid/4x14.gif- my results, anyway.

You are a Democratic Socialists of America. Only 3 percent of participants landed in this bracket, while 26 percent fall further toward the fringe than you do.

The second one seems more tailored to the US.
Either way, my result stays the same.

So, according to that political test up there, I guess I land somewhere in the Authoritarian Socialist camp, leaning a bit toward the nationalist side of things. It’s a pretty decent hit, I suppose, even if my views on certain issues are actually kind of liberal.

Culture:
Where do you land in the culture wars? Are you on the liberal end or the conservative end? This scale may apply more to the US than other countries. Your score: 2.21 - Cultural conservative
------

😁

Politicaltest:

You are a bourgeois patriot. Only 6 percent of people who took this test fall into this category, while 74 percent are far more extreme than you.

Apparently, I'm an authoritarian Socialist. Only 1 percent of people taking this thing landed in my bucket, while a massive 55 percent are way more extreme than me.

So, here's my final score from the political test. Joseph Stalin/Adolf Hitler vibes, I guess.🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

You are a democratic mercantilist. 0 percent of the test participants fall into this exact category, and 41 percent lean further toward the extremes than you do.

The lone democratic mercantilist on the planet... 🤣

Looking at that political spectrum...

Check out my latest results from the Political Compass. It’s quite an interesting little exercise, really. I took the test, and here is where I landed on the grid. It makes you think about how we categorize ourselves, doesn't it? We like to put things in neat little boxes—left, right, up, down—as if the human psyche were a simple math equation. But politics isn't a spreadsheet; it's a messy, swirling storm of convictions. Looking at these coordinates, it provides a snapshot of my own leanings regarding the role of government and individual liberty. It's a bit like looking at a weather map after a heavy storm; you can see the pressure systems forming, even if the sky is still shifting.

It’s an interesting thing, really. Last night, I found myself leaning much closer to the Libertarian Left, and honestly, looking through the other threads, I saw that same sentiment popping up elsewhere too. I’d hate to go through the whole cycle all over again. As for the political parties here? None of them. Not a single one. It’s become pretty clear that there isn't a single party in the US that actually shares my views.

Take a left on sex/religion and a right on money 🙂

Man, we’re never gonna see a political party like that here in America. 😁

I've been hovering somewhere between -7 and -9 on the political spectrum, give or take, over the last five years... Also, during that same stretch, my economic stance has barely nudged past zero. That's about it.

Of course, let us not forget that these are purely American perceptions... To them, Sweden is basically a socialist state.🙂
