PC build under $1,300?

Greetings,
I don't need a keyboard or a mouse...

A 1920x1080 monitor is more than enough for me.

My rotation: Rocket League, PUBG, Apex Legends, Overwatch...

I was just checking out a review for the Dell S2419HGF monitor; I saw it listed over at Best Buy for $500.
It's a 24" 1080p screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time, and it supports FreeSync.

How many PCs are you buying at once, man? Seriously... 🤔

I'd rather have an RX580 4GB for the same amount of cash.

What's actually the point of having a 750W PSU? 🤷

I'll be picking up the PC through my company, so the price should end up being a bit lower...
Anyway, I also need an SSD—at least 500GB...

I’m not sure if I mentioned this earlier, but I’ll still be using this PC for Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Animate... I assume that doesn't change the parts swiftfalcon89 already suggested for me?...

A buddy told me it would be better to grab CL16 RAM at 3200MHz—claiming his latency feels better? He also brought up getting a beefier power supply for when I eventually upgrade my CPU and GPU on this motherboard...

What do you think?

Honestly, I don't see the point. Why would you even bother with a power supply higher than 600W? I can't wrap my head around the need for more. For what you're doing, 600W is plenty.

Also, what graphics card would you guys recommend if my budget is capped at $600?

Look, you're basically a woman standing in a shoe store right now—you don't even know what you want. If you're dropping like $3k on a card, just grab a 2060 and call it a day. But if you've actually got a $4k budget, then yeah, you can easily aim for a 2070.

Honestly, picking up a 2070 just doesn't make much sense when you look at the value of the 2060 Super; wouldn't it be a smarter move to $167 take those extra savings and put them toward an X470 motherboard with solid VRMs instead?

And really, why on earth would anyone need a 750W unit? It feels like overkill to suggest that kind of wattage for a single high-end CPU, unless you were planning on running two graphics cards simultaneously...

The power supply seems like a solid pick; having that extra headroom helps with keeping things quiet since it can run passively for longer... I think that specific model stays under the fan threshold for about 30% of its load.

As for the GPU, maybe grab a slightly better Binnacle model for $33 a bit more than just the bare minimum:

Look, I just want the best possible result.

I'll be placing my order around August 12th once the NFL season prep wraps up—so until then, I need to weigh my options... we're looking at roughly $1,800 before tax.
