Gratitude is really just a core part of being spiritually humble...it brings this specific kind of inner joy and sense of fulfillment

Honestly, without being grateful, you can't ever truly feel fulfilled—even if you somehow manage to check off every single thing on your bucket list

If you're speaking from experience...mad respect.

I mean, let's be real—nobody actually possesses that kind of spiritual humility... maybe some saints out there, sure... but for us regular folks? We can only really try to move in that direction a little bit more every single day.

Jeffrey Fisher5 said:I have been dwelling on the concept of human gratitude for quite some time now—perhaps a bit too long, if I am being honest.
I find myself unable to reach any sort of internal consensus regarding what gratitude actually entails—assuming, of course, we aren't strictly discussing one's devotion to God—and more specifically, how it ought to function within the messy complexities of human relationships.

Is it a matter of mere obligation, a response to social expectations, or something deeper rooted in one's own conscience????

☕

The ability to be fully present every single second, without any distracting thoughts, and physically feeling that surge of joy just because you exist—where "thank you" escapes your lips naturally.

Meditation is how you practice that.

Sure, lighting up is fine every once in a while, but man, Gratitude is my ultimate high. It’s a rare kind of rush, though... and honestly? Most people are just addicts for it anyway.
