I get where you're coming from. Sometimes friends just don't know what to say, so they default to telling you everything will be fine. Or they claim these issues just resolve themselves. Unfortunately, those types exist.
Not long ago, my sister was diagnosed with liver cancer. Thank God, she pulled through it just fine. I kept telling her things would work out and that she’d come out stronger on the other side. I wasn't just blowing smoke; I truly believed it. She needed that positive perspective.
Real friends actually check in on you. They listen when you need to talk, and they'll be there as a shoulder to cry on... even if they end up telling you everything is going to be okay in the end.😉
