It’s only natural to feel angry and hurt...
Some things just stay with you...
The only way forward is to try and break out of that cycle of negativity. It takes time to heal... some people manage on their own, while others need a little help to get there...

Exactly. And really, the big question is how much capacity we actually have to forgive someone who dragged us through the mud and left us in this mess. 😉

Forgetting isn't an option, and as for forgiving? That’s a different story for everyone.

So, what does "forgiveness" actually look like to you?
Honestly, it’s best to just move on. 🤷

Maybe if we had just walked away from certain people sooner, we’d actually be living better, more fulfilling lives right now. We wouldn't be stuck dealing with depression or carrying around these heavy mental health struggles that eventually spiral into actual physical illness...

It’s a common pattern: once someone gets sick, everyone around them starts pointing fingers, acting like it’s their own fault. People rarely stop to ask about the environment that person was living in or the sheer amount of trauma they endured before finally hitting a breaking point.

So, who is actually at fault?

What’s your take? How much of your current situation or your illness do you attribute to the people around you?

The idea that it must all be my own fault is simply absurd. If that were true, then who would be at fault for someone born into perfect circumstances—blessed with health, wealth, and the unwavering love of their parents?
