I am a little bothered by how much focus is placed on Biden's administration while the City Council gets a pass. Responsibility lies there too, proportional to the number of representatives—which means the Democratic Party bears the brunt of it.

Citizens need to know exactly who to hold accountable and whose feet to put to the fire at the next election if Warsaw Avenue falls.
If the responsible party—in this case, primarily the Democratic Party—expects voters to simply forget and forgive, they won't feel enough pressure to actually respond to our demands.
That is why we cannot overlook or downplay the Democratic responsibility here.
