Let’s be real about journalists... most of them are just failed students who couldn't get into their actual dream program, so they settled for journalism after bombing the entrance exams. Or worse, they barely finished high school, kind of like that idiot Kuljiš. I’ve noticed that when American journalists try to tackle science topics, they write absolute nonsense, but this piece I stumbled upon a few days ago? It takes the cake...🤣🙄Basically, the author claims the Soviets intended to blow the moon into tiny little pieces. To clarify, the supposed plan was to launch an atomic bomb via rocket toward the moon, but they allegedly got cold feet about a potential atmospheric accident and backed off. In the madness of the Cold War, sure, the idea isn't totally impossible, but is it really possible for a journalist to be so incredibly dense that they actually believed a single nuclear explosion could destroy the moon?🤷😲

I’m constantly reading and keeping up with the news.
Just daily doses of nonsense—ultra-leftist, pathetic, and honestly just primitive. I could probably write a whole book on it.
I'm with you on everything you said; this would make an incredible headline story!👍

I’m not saying I don't believe you, since there are definitely idiots out there, but do you have a link? It sounds a little too ridiculous for someone to actually claim that.

And you're actually falling for this? Where have you been? Kuljiš is one of the leaders in trash journalism. Honestly, the worst part is how he insults his readers by peddling massive lies; people will believe almost anything if it's fed to them. And once he's done stuffing his face, he just lets his imagination run wild. It takes a lot of calories to keep that tiny amount of brain matter functioning.

@ Mark, you're from San Francisco, which is basically just deep in S. California territory if you think about it... just a few blocks away...
@ swiftwalker43, I swear the Kuljiš brand American journalism was actually calling for people to go out and hunt Mexicans down... or maybe I'm just seeing things...☕

Every single sports journalist working in this country, without exception, is an absolute moron. The same goes for about 99% of the political reporters in America; they’re just as clueless. Honestly, if you look at the media landscape as a whole, I’d say at least 90% of journalists covering any beat whatsoever are complete idiots. It makes me think the claims made in the opening post might actually be true. I can't tell you how many times I've found myself staring at the screen, wondering, "Seriously, where do you people find these people? Is there some sort of recruitment center for the mentally challenged that I don't know about?"

I honestly feel like that reporter totally missed the mark on this one. The full story goes like this: Russ went ahead and painted the entire Moon bright red, and then Americans just swooped in and wrote Coca-Cola across it in white paint. Then, the Russes actually tried to blow up the Moon by building some massive bomb, but they ended up chickening out at the last second...

"Rozić needs to just grab the ball and take it straight to the locker room"

Cvitković, man... those three seconds at the end of the game against Germany were something else...🙄😁

Well, I looked it up, and it turns out things aren't quite how you described them.
During the anniversary of Luna 2, an American academic specializing in astronautics, Anton Vitek, mentioned that the Soviet plan was actually to blow up the moon.
So, the journalist in Southern California was just reporting what he heard; he didn't just make it up.
Now, the real question is whether what that expert said is actually true or not.🤷

...but honestly, who cares? It's all just ultra-leftist nonsense anyway—meanwhile, we're sitting here on this forum as the actual intellectual elite of America

I'm really sitting here wondering who actually said the Soviets wanted to blow up the moon—was it the academic or just some reporter at the NYT?🤣☕🤣 If you ask me, the reality was probably somewhere in the middle: the Czech guy said they were thinking about launching a nuke at the moon, and the reporter just sensationalized it to say they wanted to destroy the whole thing...🙄😲

That's possible! It would be worth checking if any other media outlets reported it the same way so we can compare.

So, to wrap this up—more than 90% of Americans are just clueless. That’s why you can’t expect better ratios in politics, journalism, healthcare... or even here on this forum.☕

So, how do you deal with the crushing reality that you’re part of that 90%?

The unit of measurement for stupidity is 1 Munižaba.
For instance, Spraic is at least 2 Munižabe dumb. ☕
What about Kuljis?
A mega Munižaba... that would be 1024 Munižabe.

I mean, it’s that trashy tabloid site again, run by a boss who’s honestly so clueless he probably couldn't pass a middle school science quiz if his life depended on it... it actually hurts to read. They’re claiming they measured the temperature on the Moon at -397 degrees🤣😂 🤣That would only be 124 degrees above absolute zero, which is -459🤣 🙄Looks like this outlet just single-handedly dismantled the entire foundation of modern physics😂 😂 😂

Man, it’s showing 238 below zero now... I guess they finally fixed the sensor or something...😂
