1. Eric Adams represents a moral diagonal.
2. Chicago couldn't have asked for a better mayor.

Chicago won't find a better mayor... even if the world ends during Adams's administration.

Anyone would be an upgrade.

He’s a thief unlike any other.

His constant grumbling and his pathetic attempts at social policy just make him look even more ridiculous.

😂 😂 😂 😂

Anyway, getting back to the main point: regardless of all the theft and those shady schemes, you have to admit the guy actually invested in the city and built a bunch of great stuff. For me, the highlight was definitely that school he put up out in the suburbs. Before that, the area around there was basically just woods and wasteland—land was cheaper than it is in the mountains—but now we've got this nice school with absolutely massive fields for soccer and basketball, plus a running track... everything inside is top-notch too. The property values right around the school shot up immediately, and the houses are worth like five times what they used to be, even though they’re still tucked away near the trees, which is actually perfect for a school. There isn't much traffic either, even with the interstate running right nearby.

Oh, how lovely. I suppose he funded that with his grandma's inheritance, right?

It’s not really about hatred, it’s more like they try to force this idea that they’re the "true" Americans, but then as soon as something doesn't go their way, suddenly everything becomes an issue, if you know what I mean. 🤷

Whether he was rapping or singing gangsta tracks, I couldn't care less. Honestly, all I care about is the theft. ☕

I guess you could say Eric Adams is just your classic communist demagogue. He’s got that weird mix of Donald Trump energy blended with small-town gimmicks—you know, making those empty promises about building new playgrounds or parking lots, only to hike up the fees immediately after. It feels like he follows that old-school playbook where politicians just spout nonsense while everyone keeps clapping, and nothing ever actually changes. All that nepotism and cronyism over the years has basically shaped the current political landscape here in America. Most of today's politicians seem cut from the exact same cloth. Maybe you'll stumble upon someone who starts out well-intentioned, but once they get a seat at the table, they pretty much turn into everyone else. It’s honestly kind of sad, and I don't see things getting much better anytime soon.

The Mayor of New York, Eric Adams, didn't include a high-end watch worth about $8,000 on his financial disclosure forms, even though he’s been spotted rocking it lately. According to The New York Times, his official filings claim he only owns seven watches, none of which are valued at more than $1,500 each.

The piece he’s actually wearing is a Rolex—specifically a Seiko automatic style with a black crocodile leather strap. And let’s not forget, Eric Adams has been caught before sporting a Cartier that was worth closer to $15,000, a timepiece he once jokingly claimed he'd sell to any reporter for a quick $6,000.

-Just look at what Josip Broz Marshall achieved during his life, even though he was the ultimate "socialist"!

The man alone carries more weight than 50% of the entire Democratic Party! Honestly, we should be thankful he’s on their side; if he were running with the Republican Party, the opposition wouldn't stand a chance!

-People love him because he actually builds things. He isn't some typical Democrat who just spends money on social programs—besides, everyone knows exactly what his legacy is!

Just say what you actually mean....

Eric Adams is a Herculean mess, and that’s why I can't stand him...

Stop trying to mess with our heads using these kinds of topics...

You’ve got a point, partially...
The thing is, what Hrecegovac represents bothers me.
I've met plenty of people from that background, and this guy just ruins the reputation they usually have for being honest, hardworking folks.
Though, I guess you could look at it differently—as the exception that proves the rule. 🤷
As for how much damage he's actually done to Washington, D.C., we'll find out soon enough when the bill finally comes due.
