To truly become solitary is to enter a vital state of consciousness; it implies grasping the actual essence of being alone. It begins when you grow dreamy and realize that, in the deepest sense of existence, you are singular. Emotions act as the primary obstacle to achieving clear awareness, as emotional impulses are almost always rooted in memories tied to the ego.

Nothing can be achieved until a person truly *is*. If you haven't awakened—if you don't actually exist in that profound way—then you are merely operating under the belief that you do. And let me tell you, that simple belief provides absolutely no help whatsoever.

One can feel the physical body, but the true self remains elusive. A hand cannot reach inside to touch consciousness; there is simply no mechanism for such a thing. For most people, the eyes are capable of perceiving the external world, yet they remain blind to internal realities. The ears are deaf to the inner music, functioning effectively only for outward sounds. All our senses are oriented toward the exterior. There isn't a single sense designed to turn inward. Therefore, when the senses and emotions cease their activity, you finally find yourself within... though the senses themselves are incapable of facilitating this...

Plus, having way too much sun and light can actually be pretty damaging if it ends up blinding you or something. Everything in life really needs to stay within a normal range, and that’s just the reality of things. All this talk about "liberation" and "freedom"... what a joke...

Your post is fundamentally deconstructive... which makes it perhaps the most tedious thing in this vibrant world.

One must essentially strip away everything external—the shapes, the contents, the superficial structures—to reach that deepest core, the very essence of being where existence simply *is*. And it is entirely possible to arrive there; once you do, every mystery of the day reveals itself, and all doors stand wide open to you. If your focus remains tethered to the intellect, to fleeting emotions, or to mere sensory input, you will likely find yourself trapped in a cycle of meaningless chatter, never even considering the necessity of truly stepping inward...

But how can you be so sure our core is void of emotion? Like, does it even have room for love?

What we typically define as emotional love is essentially a sensory game—a chemical reaction involving the release of specific substances within the body. Beneath that veneer of love, there is always some underlying form of profound fear, though most people remain entirely unaware of it.
For instance, consider two individuals of different genders who fall in love. Driving this phenomenon is libido—the pursuit of a sexual object intended for reproduction. This primal urge for species survival actually stems from an inherent fear of mortality.
Furthermore, many parents stumble by viewing their children merely as extensions of their own egos, which ultimately serves to diminish the individuality of the child.

In the deepest spiritual realms, the only thing that truly exists is consciousness. It is a pure, fluid state of being. How one interprets this experience depends entirely upon the individual, as it serves as the channel through which cosmic consciousness flows. To put it another way, if you are a lover, the cosmic consciousness moves through your spiritual architecture, transforming your perception into an understanding of universal love.
To construct a "sketch" of your own individual spiritual makeup, you must descend into the deepest layers of consciousness. In those depths, you are alone. There, you encounter the realization of death and your most profound fears. You must confront these terrors directly, for they act as the primary barriers to true insight. Once you conquer that internal demon, the doors swing open. You arrive at the realization of what you truly are: a fragment of the universal cosmic consciousness. An astro sapiens... a curious cosmic traveler who, out of pure curiosity, became entangled in the web of material structure... suspended between heaven and earth...

Come on, all you hardcore psycho-spiritual seekers and cosmic stylists out there... let’s try to synchronize our linear, analytical minds with our internal, intuitive perception of reality. Let's find some resonance between the physical matter and the spirit. We need to tune into the right frequency. That is where true enlightenment resides.🙂

Without any false modesty, I want to hear your ideas.🙂
You have to carry an idea within you, nurture it, and constantly refine it. That is the only path to true understanding.👍

I don't think you should just toss everything aside—well, obviously except for the toxic stuff if that's creeping in—but rather just sit with it and actually feel things, you know? Like, really wrap your head around how the mind works. I feel like we ought to tap into that higher sense of Grace within our true Self to help us see Reality for what it actually is. Once you do that, everything starts clicking into place and feels way less heavy. Honestly, once you get a taste of something better, you don't even have to try to let go of the junk; it just kind of falls away on its own.

The Divine doesn't have "emotions." It’s pure energy. The biggest mistake people make is projecting human traits onto higher frequencies of consciousness. It’s like calling an electron "evil" or describing a gust of wind as being "merciful." It just doesn't make sense.

Grace is more like an "emotion" of the Self. I'm totally with you on that. I just let myself say it that way, you know? When I talk about the Self being one, I mean grace is its emotion, but yeah, we should probably put that in quotes... strictly speaking, of course.

When you hold an object in your hand, what truly tells you that it is real? I don't place much faith in "realistic sensations." In fact, I don't put much stock in reality itself. Nothing is ever truly "absolute."

Our senses are deceptive, just as our emotions are. For instance, when you click this link, scroll down to the image featuring the squares;

It says here—if you see eleven heads, then you're Superman. Well, I see twelve, plus a tiny thirteenth one, and maybe even a fourteenth—the head of a rider on a horse. So, what does that make me?

I would suggest immersing yourself in a sensory deprivation tank.

Usually, people stay in them for maybe an hour or two. But, I guess, what would happen if you left someone in there for a couple of days? Would they encounter that inner demon of theirs? Naturally, they would need to bring their brain waves into a theta state, right on the edge between deep sleep (0-4 Hz) and deep meditation (4-7 Hz)—so, somewhere around 4 Hz. That seems to be the real frequency.

Water... that’s why I live for diving. Especially at night—just me and my torch. It’s pure liberation.
Everything around you is just incredible life in motion. A single minute feels like an entire day, and then suddenly, hours have slipped by. Once you descend, there’s no sense of static space—even time itself just sort of evaporates. Down at 100 meters, you can actually hear the sound of a grouper crunching on algae.
If water guarantees anything, it’s freedom. Because at the end of the day, it really is life itself.

That wasn't really his point—he was referring to the bit about the squares just below that.
