Look, here’s the deal... I’m in my prime, but I am completely hooked—on women, sex, and constant masturbation. It’s all I think about. Every single day. I can barely walk down a street without being hit by this overwhelming urge to ask some woman for sex. If I don't manage to hook up with someone during the day, I’m stuck at home alone, taking care of business at least ten times just to cope. The only time things actually settle down is when I'm asleep. It’s gotten so bad that I’ve started avoiding my new aunt-in-law just so I don't end up asking her for a hookup. I know most people have drives, but this isn't "normal." For years now, I haven't been able to walk through a park or even a sidewalk because I’m in this constant, borderline irritating state of arousal. I actually saw a psychologist a while back, and he told me this condition—this nonstop hypersexuality—is called Satria. He put me on some medication, which helps a little, but let’s be real: I’m nowhere near "normal." Lately, I’ve been staying cooped up inside because I can't even catch a glimpse of a woman outside without spiraling. Imagine spending your entire day living through these half-orgasms, feeling totally frantic and constantly turned on. It’s exhausting, and I honestly can't take it anymore.

Has anyone else dealt with this? Any advice on how to basically kill my libido entirely so I can just walk down the street like a regular person without wanting to jump someone?

Best,

Go find yourself a girl with an insatiable appetite and just stay inside 🙄

Just like treating an addiction, various methods can help, such as
group therapy sessions, counseling, medication, and so on... but you have to realize that real progress usually takes quite a bit of time; there aren't any overnight miracles here.

Why stop there? Why not find two or three... have someone different every day... so nobody gets too tired.😂

So, I had this total nympho over at my place two weeks ago. The wildest part? I met her just waiting for the bus at a stop in Chicago. We went back to my place and went at it for three days straight—nonstop—but she actually ended up calling it quits once she realized just how intense my urges can get.

I was reading online that people use brom to kill off an erection. Honestly, I’m half-tempted to go pick some of that stuff up tomorrow just so I never have to think about sex or women ever again. Don't get me wrong, I love women, but I also want to be a functioning member of society who can take a girl to a movie without getting turned on halfway through the film. Especially those older ladies working the ticket booths at the entrance... man, they drive me crazy. And the younger ones too. God, I’d be tearing it up right now if I could, but I'm staying cooped up inside today. Sorry for dumping all this sexual frustration on you guys, but I just had to get it off my chest.

Whether this is just trolling or actually interesting, I don't know, but it's a wild topic.

Satria is basically just male nymphomania—this uncontrollable sexual drive. You can't lump that in with just "guys who are always horny."

Since we're talking about psychological roots here, treating Satria isn't some quick fix; it takes serious willpower and the patient actually having to cooperate.
The patient usually has to go totally celibate for at least six months while they grind through individual or group psychotherapy.

Do you happen to know where I can find these group therapy sessions? Though, fair warning—if a woman is running the show, I’m probably going to lose my mind.

Hi, I’m not quite sure why, but my thread was deleted from the general discussion board. It seems like this might belong more in the psychology section, though I wasn't sure if they could just move it instead

I have an issue regarding sexual intimacy

I’ve become obsessed with oral sex. I've been in a relationship for three months now, and the desire to perform oral sex on my partner is constant—it's always on my mind. Even right now, I can't stop thinking about it, but she's out running errands at the moment. We have a very active sex life, sometimes multiple times a day, and we both thoroughly enjoy it. However, my focus has shifted entirely; I find myself constantly craving oral sex rather than wanting her to perform on me. It's become a preoccupation. When I'm out in public, I catch myself evaluating women through this lens, wondering if I'd be interested in them in that specific way, which leads to more fantasies. On one occasion, I spent nearly four hours performing oral sex on a previous partner. I wanted to keep going, but she had to stop because it became too much for her to handle. She mentioned experiencing around five or six orgasms in that half-hour, and eventually, the sensation became overwhelming to the point of being sensitive to any touch. I am genuinely worried that my fixation will drive my current partner away because I can't seem to focus on anything else. It feels like I've lost control, and it's becoming quite distressing. How can I manage these intrusive thoughts?

This is textbook OCD. Why don't you go see a therapist?

And how exactly would they approach the treatment? I’ve always had a bit of a distrust toward doctors, medication, and the whole medical establishment

I’m not a fan of medication either, which is why I suggested psychotherapy instead. It’s a long-term commitment, not a quick fix. There is an entire section here dedicated to OCD. Just search for it online to see what others have gone through.

So, my doctor is out here telling me that psychotherapy is basically a non-starter without medication?? 😕

Honestly, I find myself facing the exact same dilemma. It weighs on me just as heavily. Over a certain period, I have cycled through three different women. Yet, the core issue remains: I don't truly love any of them. (And one of them is my wife).
Since the lady in question lacks a strong drive to change things, I find myself constantly seeking alternatives elsewhere. But how much longer can this continue?

Daniel Rodriguez81 raised an identical point in the obsession thread today. Is this kind of satire actually a manifestation of OCD, or does it fall under the umbrella of addiction?

Forget that doctor. Find one who doesn't immediately reach for the prescription pad. Medication just masks symptoms while leaving the root cause untouched. The real danger is when you end up with pill addiction—that’s a disease all its own.

Look, you can't just tackle something like schizophrenia with psychotherapy alone. I'm 100% certain on that one. Maybe you can manage some lighter issues through talk therapy, but when it comes to heavy-duty psychosis or anything that intense? No way.
